  Immediate assistance. Garage door wouldn't close. Dispatcher sent technician within one hour to us. Joseph was super professional, helped describe the issue and available solution. We went with replacement unit and so glad we did. Joseph helped ensure that the garage door setup was safe, showed us the programming method of the door openers. The garage opening is so quiet now cannot believe we lived with the noise as it was so long. I am so glad the garage malfunctioned today so that we get the upgrade we didn't even know we needed! Thank you Joseph for your professionalism and super kindness. One side note the unit did have a bad battery for which we plan to call back tomorrow - Joseph aware and was pending if it was charged or not. We plan to call it in tomorrow and have full confidence this will get fixed as well. Full confidence in the technician and this company. A+ service.

  We have used Action Overhead Garage Door a couple of times over the years to fix surprise issues with garage doors (broken cable and broken spring). Very responsive, quality service at a reasonable price. Our technician yesterday was Joe. Very professional and efficient. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  One of my garage door wheels came out of the track so the garage door would not close. I was able to get an appointment the very next morning. Justin arrived promptly and was able to quickly get the door back on track and also fine-tuned the opener. He was very courteous and provided efficient service. I would use this company again.

  One of our doors was making a lot of noise so checked who installed and called them- action overhead. They had a service slot within 2 hours and Alex the tech was out within 90 minutes ( and sent text message so you could track his location). He serviced all 3 doors within 3o minutes and gave me some tips for regular upkeep. Could not have been more pleased with everything from call to paying what was good value for money. Highly recommend them
