  Professional and on time. Rather than trying to sell me a new system, the springs were replaced and adjusted, and cables were replaced. They did the original installation years ago and we’ve had great service each time.

  We moved into a new construction home with a bent garage door retainer and weather seal that had been damaged prior to move-in, causing water to pool inside the garage. The tech showed up on time, was very friendly and polite, and completed the repair quickly at no charge. I would recommend doing business with them and will use them again for future needs.

  Wow! I had an issue with syncing up my new fancy garage door opener to this app on my phone and the tech was just as frizzled as I was. He got Mike on the phone and next day Mike and I set aside time to go over everything and even compensated me for the new opener! He truly cares about the customer experience and meeting the needs of everyone in the community. A boss that shows up when it’s needed represents a company that has important core values and cares!

  Our technician, Reed, was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced our spring in 20 or so minutes and was on his way. I highly recommend Action!
