  Great service front to back. Office gal Katie was knowledge in getting an accurate estimate out to me quick. Got the work scheduled for next day and both service guys Rick & Mike did a great job getting a commercial door back in service. Will be returning for service when another door needs work!

  Frankly it's a joy to review our experience. Starting with a very service oriented office contact with a commitment to dispatch Erik and his arrival about 3 hours later. He came to the front door and identified himself. Then in the garage got to work and fixed our door springs allowing the door to operate. Professional and quickly addressed the issue. I would recommend him and this very professional company very highly.

  Overall the installation of the insulation panels on our existing garage doors and installing a new garage door opener went well. They look great. Only downside was cleaning the floor could have been better. I swept up a lot of styrofoam beads. The company should provide the technician with a vacuum cleaner.

  The company gave me heads up that Jake was on his way and he arrived not too long thereafter. What a very considerate, professional young man. He completed the work exactly on the time that he estimated and the quote was right on the money. He went over several details of why the door wasn’t functioning correctly and all he did too correct it. Exceptional job and I will be recommending this company to those who want to know how to get their garage door fixed. Thank you, Jake.

  Action Overhead is the most professional and technically capable garage door company! I appreciated the text I received before they came for the service call. It had a picture of the technician that would be arriving to our house within a few minutes. Mark was knowledgeable and very kind. He he had all the parts needed with him and fixed everything beyond our expectations. Our garage door is quiet now and the invoice was way less than I thought it would be! Thank you, Action Overhead!
