  OMG! I just had central air installed yesterday. Mitch came and gave me a quote on how much it would cost me. He didn't try to do a hard sell and gave me options. The final price was to the penny of what my final payment would be. Kelly, the receptionist was warm and friendly every time I spoke with her. LUCAS! He had to do some major problem solving with the original duct work, he worked in extremely hot and humid weather until the job got done right. The electrician was also polite and quite informative.   While being told that you need a new furnace is not a very good experience, Mitch, and the crew from Brent's went out of their way to make the process smooth, professional, and comfortable. Everybody we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The new furnace install took less time than anticipated and was very well done. We are very happy with our purchase and with the service from Brent's Heating and Cooling.
