- RJRichard JentschJul 8, 20214.0The battery indicator said it was full. I only got it to go up once and it labored the whole way! Once I plugged in the lift said it was only 25 percent charged. Bri was super to work with, she said to let her know when I take the lift back in case it is longer than a day, she would work something out! Pedro was accommodating and checked battery and said cca failed on test. He went and got a new battery so we could use right away the next day. The gentleman where I picked up the lift was nice and helped me hook up. Overall very happy, just bummed when I needed lift, it was not working!
