We had a terrible experience with the sub sent by Lumber Liquidators. His name was Duane McDermott. He arrived alone, late in the morning, and left messes in the halls every day. He quoted the project before we accepted, yet he complained that he wasn't getting enough money for the project every day. Because he works alone it took forever for a 1300 square condo. On the last of six days he left without finishing our shoe moulding saying he wouldn't even accept extra cash to finish the job. He smoked on site (our condo halls and grounds do not allow smoking) and he was ungrateful and surly every day. We reported him during and after the project to Lumber Liquidators and they said, after much discussion with this contractor, they felt he did extra work that was not contracted. They were at fault, too, because if that were true they should have called us to renegotiate. All in all one of the worst contractors we've ever had. And Lumber Liquidators did nothing about it. Don't use Lumber Liquidators or Duane McDermott.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Hands down one of the WORST companies I have ever done business with. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or Menards.

Not much of a liquidator. Prices are high no matter.

Extremely poor experience working with this outfit. This is the most unorganized company on the planet. I placed two orders and it was like pulling teeth trying to figure out when the orders would arrive to the store for pickup. I had to "call back" every weekend for 4 straight weeks - first of all, why? And secondly, how are they not calling me to let me know? I now have waited 4 weeks for a small order of basic T&G pine boards. I just went to call their store, once again, to see if my order is in yet... it's one full hour after they open and all of their calls are being directed to their corporate hq as if no one is even there. Such an odd outfit. I will do whatever possible to avoid this place in the future and would suggest you do the same.
