  I worked with Jake to get a quote from Kaufman, who was friendly, professional, and honest. The roofers did a great job and finished in only a few hours. They covered my windows and a/c with boards and tarps to protect the house, which I appreciated. They were quite thorough with the clean up. I only found a couple of pieces of small plastic and a couple of nails in the entire yard. Roof looks great and I would definitely recommend them!

  I’m not often so impressed with a company from top to bottom, but Kaufman exceeded my expectations throughout our roof replacement process. Every step of the way, they demonstrated exceptional expertise and were consistently pleasant to work with. They were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The roof turned out beautiful and they completed it quickly and cleaned up so well you could not even tell they were there. One standout moment was after the job was completed and the bills were paid. Despite not being directly responsible for a minor issue with our gutter that arose afterward, they promptly responded with the same urgency and attention to detail. I can’t say enough positive things about Riley, Matt, and the entire team at Kaufman. They truly set the standard for quality work and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and professional roofing company.

  We contracted for a new roof, skylight replacements and some gutter installs. This is an excellent company from the first contact to the last guy off the roof. Jake works the front of the room. He was thorough, thoughtful and authentic. His bid was competitive. When we signed, his support team reached right away with scheduling, tile choices etc. on the day of the install, the crew manager (Matt) rang our bell, introduced himself and secured our complete confidence. He made himself available for the questions we had throughout the day. And when I say day, I mean they completed everything- from tear to install to cleanup, in one day. ,And to complete the whole project so efficiently with no intrusion on our day, that crew of eight roofers had to work well together and in sync. You can learn a lot by watching crews and how they treat each other. These guys were sooo smooth in their approach and with each other. Very impressive. Finally, before leaving, the whole crew scoured our property with rakes, brooms and even magnets to be sure that they left the property exactly as they found it. Very respectful. 5 out of 5, and we’d highly recommend.

  Kaufman has an awesome crew and did an amazing job installing new siding and soffits on our home. This is a tightly run operation, and Jake was on point with every detail pre, during and post installation. Stellar communication between multiple parties contributed to the success of this project that came in on time, on budget and seemingly painless. This is our third time working with Kaufman and we would not hesitate to contract with them in the future.

  Our experience with Kaufman Roofing was absolutely outstanding. Like other reviewers, we were very impressed with Kaufman from beginning to end. We worked closely with Riley who patiently answered all our questions and helped us through the complicated process of hiring a roofing contractor and securing coverage under our insurance policy. The crew led by Matt was extremely efficient and did a great job both in replacing the roof and cleaning up after the project. And the office was very easy to work with when it came time to pay the bill and deal with paperwork. We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Kaufman. Everybody there seems very committed to providing honest, professional, courteous service. We would recommend Kaufman Roofing to anyone.
