  If you don’t pick Kaufman for your roof, you might be an idiot. I know because we were once idiots — and we used someone else, and they did an ugly job. Kaufman came and saved us, fixing intricate and complicated metal reglet that was done badly (cosmetically), years later. They made it look so great. And they were responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you!!

  I had an excellent experience working with Jake during a very stressful situation involving my roof and insurance company. From the very beginning, Jake was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, responded quickly, and always made me feel like he genuinely cared about helping me. Although I ultimately was unable to move forward with the roof replacement due to financial reasons, I still wanted to take the time to recognize Jake for the outstanding service he provided. He went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate all of his time, guidance, and professionalism. I would highly recommend Jake and this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement. Even though I wasn’t able to hire them, my experience was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you, Jake, for all your help and for making a stressful situation much easier to navigate!

  Riley was excellent as we discussed options for our roof. He was genuine, honest, and very timely with responses. After getting multiple quotes Kaufman was affordable, fast to schedule, and delivered quality. We were very impressed with the crew’s professionalism, efficiency, and clean up on the day of installation. Overall it was a great experience working with the entire Kaufman team and we highly recommend them.

  From our original meeting with Riley to the daily on site visits with Tom and his guys - to the quick and efficient process of replacing the roof - Kaufman Roofing is a company I would definitely recommend using. They took a dated white trimmed house from the 60’s to a gorgeous modern looking home We had multiple projects going on with the renovation and Kaufman Roofing went out of their way to coordinate schedules with the multiple contractors Excellent service !

  I had a flat roof replaced this summer by Kaufman Roofing who did an excellent job from start to finish. Jon Lindquist did a great job of explaining the process and details in the proposal which made me feel confident about the project. The crew was professional, hard-working, and respectful of our home. They also did an excellent job with cleanup when the work was completed. I highly recommend Kaufman Roofing for the quality work and great customer service.
