  Sorry I wouldn’t have even put this out there but you asked for a review so here you go. Having an older unit and telling me that you did not keep the old R 22 freon the truck anymore and that’s what it needed to repair. I know it will be phased out, but it’s not completely gone yet. Secondly was told now we would have to come back a second day to fix the repair. Had another company out within an hour and a half that had it fixed, completed and on their way. Not sure what you saw, but NOT the correct things that needed to be done in order to get our repair accomplished. I’ll stick with your competitor moving forward, sorry.

  I was amazed at the wonderful service from Hurlburt Plumbing. They were able to schedule my appointment promptly. The technician, Kyle F. Was awesome! He was efficient, friendly, and thoroughly explained what he was doing. I will certainly call Hurlburt again with any plumbing, electric or other issues.

  I truly appreciate the quick response and the fast solution to my plumbing problem. Tony clearly has a great deal of experience and professionalism. It’s always a pleasure to learn from someone with so much knowledge. He was also very kind, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would definitely like Tony to be my go-to plumber. The next time I have a plumbing issue, I already know exactly who to call. I highly recommend him!

  Pat G. replaced my air conditioner filter as well as checked my air conditioner cooling system. Pat was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was respectful and didn't over step his bounds. I would definitely have him and his associate here again another time.

  Working with this company has been a nightmare. I’ve had two plumbers suddenly have emergencies the night before or the day of jobs and not be able to complete them. Another time no one showed up in their window after I was personally assured by my salesman that someone would be there. I used more vacation time to wait around for no showing plumbers then I actually had anyone work. The plumber finally shows up and decided not to finish the job that day, and then no showed me on the follow up finish day. You should avoid this company at all costs, when you talk to them on the phone, they also don’t seem to care very much. Now I’m stuck with a half done water softener install job.
