It’s not always easy to find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely personable, but Matt was both. We really appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend!

This was a fairly small repair that took about 2 maybe 3 hrs tops — cutting out a corroded galvanized section near a corner, installing a brass ball valve, running maybe 3–5 feet of PEX along the wall, and tying back in with a couple of fittings. Not a repipe, just a localized fix. After the AI deep analysis this should've cost $250-$600. They charged me $945. They suck and I'm very pissed off.

He was able to quickly identify the problem and explain what he was going to do to fix it. Throughout the process he answered any questions I had and provided recommendations for products we can use in the future. Very nice! I appreciated him double checking his work to ensure everything was fixed and there were no more leaks. Highly recommend!
