- PPPharaosaAug 12, 20261.0$430 for cleaning a sink drain back to a cleanout less than 40' away is absurd. Do not recommend.

I decided not to sink any money into my furnace from 1989!!! Fred did a great job explaining everything and setting me up to survive the heat until I can get my furnace replaced.

We came up with an excellent game plan for me to monitor and do a video if it happens again for sound to diagnose. Fantastic experience. Didca great job of explaining everything and my options.

I've had issues with the fan for a while now so I really appreciate Xavier doing a thorough investigation when he came out. He took a video to show me the duct is not bent, confirmed there is nothing inside the duct blocking it and he was able to confirm the fan itself is working as expected. Thanks to his thorough work, I now know the issue is with the roof vent.
