- APAdam PhillipsJun 27, 20265.0Transformer and control went out on my furnace, called home care and they were out the next day. Unfortunately it being an older system and the repair being a bit pricier it looks as though replacement would be a better option. Bob the technician walked me through everything and was extremely honest and forthcoming about all the details of all of my options. I wasn’t able to afford the new system at the moment so we moved ahead with the repairs. Bob ordered the parts and I look forward to working with home care for the repair and the future replacement of my furnace.
