  Alex was very efficient and pleasant to work with. He gave me the price to fix the leaking AC coil. Discussed with me the pros and cons of repair on a unit that is old and showing a lot of addional pending issues versus getting a new system. He was not pushy and respected my need to discuss with my spouse before committing one way or the other.

  Pedro offered great service. Checked the entire system. Found the problem and showed me what it was. Went over readings on the entire system and suggested things that could be done to extend the life of the unit. Did not push, oversell, or try to say it needed to be replaced. Will be using their service again.

  I had my air conditioner tuned up today. Teng was very thorough and his report was unlike anything I ever had with centerpoint who I used to have do my tune ups (centerpoint only gave me an invoice and hosed it down). Homecare gave me an itemized checklist with picture of everything they checked and did, including cleaning my dehumidifier filter as well as checking my humidifier filter in preparation for winter. Great service, I highly recommend this company, they were the ones who put my air conditioner and furnace and the service techs were just as fantastic then as well.

  Pedro went above and beyond to ensure everything was done thoroughly and correctly with my AC system. Even though his shift ended at 4 PM, he stayed well past his scheduled hours—until after 7 PM—to complete the diagnostics and make sure my new thermostat was fully functional. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how he walked me through each step, clearly explained what he was doing, and took the time to make sure I understood everything rather than simply completing the work and leaving. His dedication and commitment to providing excellent service really stood out to me. I ended up getting the membership, and after experiencing the level of service Pedro provided, I’m genuinely so glad I did. Pedro is an outstanding representative and a true asset to the company. His work ethic and customer service are exceptional, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Pedro! :)

  Pedro Ortiz from Home Care Heating & Air is my hero! I was so impressed with his attention to detail, communication and skill. I have also been thoroughly impressed with Home Care Heating & Air in general. This Spring they installed a new hot water heater and furnace in my home. This week a squirrel appeared in my basement and I assumed that it came in through one of the holes created when installing the new appliances. Within an hour of my call Pedro arrived and did a thorough inspection. After looking for some time to find out where the squirrel entered, Pedro found the hole in the underskirt of my siding. The hole was not caused by Home Care Heating and Air. It was actually a hole that had been there for some time. I was really impressed with how hard Pedro worked to find the hole. He communicated with me the entire time and quickly resolved a stressful experience "the squirrel invasion".
