  I recently had an A/C unit installed and could not be happier with the service I received from the technicians. Francisco and Hugo went above and beyond- even staying until 11:00pm one night to make sure my unit was up and running. Additionally, the electrician was great as well. They all seemed to be very skilled in their trade! All 3 of them took great care to cover their shoes each and every time they re-entered my house and that was a lot! They explained the system and thermostat and everything they were doing along the way. Super friendly and accommodating!!

  I had Steffon come to my home today for an estimate on laundry/utility room work. Steffon was very professional . He told me he would have the estimates in 20 minutes. He then told me all about what he found to be the problem and what it would take to fix everthing. Steffon was very polite and easy to communicate with. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, in this .economy, I am not able afford the work. But when I am ready, I will definitely call him back. The agent that I talked to made sure that I got someone to come to my house the same day. I also was pleased that the estimate was only $59.00.

  I wanted to replace a kitchen faucet that's leaked for over a year, and get rid of a disposal that stopped working about a year ago too. Plus, the plumbing under the sink was corroded and needed replacement too. I live in a 110+ yr old condo, so that presents real challenges as well. I called Genz-Ryan and they sent someone first thing in the morning to size up the job. It turned out to need more time than the appointment had available, so they scheduled a plumber to come first thing the following morning. Jack Gabrick showed up on time, and did a great pulling out the old faucet & disposable, installing the new faucet and 2 new sink drains, and cutting out all the old, corroded water pipes and the maze of drain pipes and replacing it all. The whole job took about two and a half hours. I had to leave for an appointment, and Jack did a great job installing the new faucet, hauling all the junk away, cleaning up the space and locking up the space when he left. When I saw the quote the day before, I thought it sounded high. But when I add up the quality of the work, my experience with the 2 Genz-Ryan representatives, and certainly the timeliness of addressing my need, I'm very satisfied with the job. I'd definitely use Genz-Ryan again, and ask for Jack Gabrick again.

  I had a fantastic experience with the team at Genz-Ryan for my recent project and system installation. A huge thank you to Marcellus, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient while answering all of my questions. He took the time to help me decide on the absolute best system for my needs, and he even went above and beyond to seamlessly resolve an additional request I had after the installation was complete. The installation crew Vince, Telden, and Hugo were also top notch. They made the entire installation process effortless, working efficiently while being just as patient and informative with my questions during the setup.

  Noah did a great job on my A/C tune up. Thorough and very approachable. He did a great job of explaining what he found, and options if we wished to proceed. Although our A/C is not at the optimum performance level, we are having no cooling issues at this time. We chose not to proactively replace the system at this time. We have other priorities at this time, and really need to decide if we are going to remain in this house long term. The tuneup was easy to schedule and the communication around it was more than adequate. To that end, all communications and follow up bordered on excessive. Text AND emails and follow up by both the tech and the office was almost overkill. I appreciate their thoroughness but it was a lot! I’d for sure call them again. They did my A/C tune up last year as well.
