Michael came out today and he must be a true asset to their company. He was clean, conscientious and very knowledgeable. He spent time explaining what was involved, the details of what he visualized and results of my main line condition. He knows the pipes/materials in conjunction with the years the houses are built. Mine is 85 yrs old .I have always had a good experience with their company - and it must be a ton of training to be so specialized - it shows.
