Tuff Shed has it dialed In !! 5 Star Company & 5 Star Location allows me to offer up a 10 Star customer service satisfaction rating from my Tuff Shed experience!! Jeff Parent is a ‘Rock Star’ in the sales office, and it just starts there for this company. The design process with Jeff is delightful: very knowledgeable, patient and a good listener, and very insightful and helpful with questions and suggestions. You get great technology & The Answer Man with a smile! Was pleasantly surprised that a 16 x 24 shed would be ready for delivery within 4 weeks to my lake cabin, 3 hours away. Excellent communication start to finish with everyone at Tuff Shed and So Very Professional! The installers went ABOVE and Beyond to make certain the install was initiated on a level surface, and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. They were also truly ‘Rock Stars’! And you won’t find many craftsmen that can/ will/ or do work like these guys!! OUTSTANDING & AMAZING! Upon completion I noticed my entry doors were ‘dinged’, and I sheepishly contacted Jeff. They were remade and reinstalled in short order, with the only question asked was “ Are you Satisfied?” Thank you Tuff Shed.

Chark Yang was quickly responsive to questions and helped guide us through the design process and scheduling of installation. We are very satisfied with the shed. The installation team of Ruslan Citac, Pavel and Stefan did a great job with installation. They did not damage our yard and left the site clean and all details regarding the installation done perfectly. They were very polite and professional. Thanks to all of you - we love the new shed! We still need to apply the final coat of paint.

Chark Yang contacted us through email after we had been using the design a building page on the Tuff Shed website. He offered to answer any questions we might have and to assist us if we decided to move forward with a shed design. Chark was pleasant on the phone and responded quickly to all of our questions. I appreciated his easygoing manner during the design and order process. For anyone interested in Tuff Shed products, I highly recommend contacting Chark Yang.
