  I used Vector Services to replace my vintage 1996 air conditioner. It breathed it's last breath on one of the hottest days I have ever experienced. So I started to shop for an air conditioner right away. I noticed one thing right away...they all use the same format..get the biggest price you can. Finally I found Vector Services and their Technician Cole and this company along with Cole found a way for me to get the hell I needed. I am so pleased and so surprised. Cole says he likes to help people. He is a blessing. So I will spread the word around .

  We used Vector through our energy provider's appliance insurance...and with both visits, Kevin was sent our way (to St. Paul, MN). Kevin was very thorough and knowledgeable each time - and he had a good sense of humor despite the heat on the 2nd visit. Can't recommend enough! Kevin represents your company well, Vector.

  Had an AC repair done by Vector. It was a repair done through HomeServe. I worked with Isaac, Eddie, and Dylan. I got on their schedule pretty quick. They communicated well and showed up on time. I was all fixed up and ready for the next heat wave. I would recommend Vector.

  I had the pleasure of having Vector install a new A/C unit today. They arrived right on time, were very friendly and knowledgeable. All work spaces were cleaned before they left. I was given my quote by Mark, the owner of the company. He was very informative and did not try to pressure me into buying. He worked with me making my unit affordable. I am so happy I made the decision to go with Vector. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their air or heating units.

  We had a ceiling water leak and got Vector Services through Home Smart. The job was complex and their superstar team of Leon, Dylan, and Jacob worked swiftly and collaboratively to thoroughly diagnose our problem and most significantly all its connections and implications in the home. They then explained it professionally AND tailored to the lay person. Finally they were kind and respectful and conversational while maintaining professionalism to the highest level. It is a stressful time for many families and spending money on repairs adds to that. We were so fortunate to have this team help us and Leon, Dylan and Jacob have represented the work they can do individually and as a team seamlessly which of course represents Vector to the highest professional level. We will be referring them and using them again for sure!! Thank you Vector!
