  We had a bad leak at our tub drain that we did not know about until it was too late. We only have 1 bathroom in our house so this was a huge stressful problem for us. Unfortunately we could not count on Farmers Insurance to cover the damage that was done (apparently it wasn't "sudden" enough) but at least I was able to count on Service Star to repair the leak. They sent Nathan to our house and he did a great job. He assured me that he would have the necessary repairs done before he left and that's exactly what we got. Thank you Nate and Service Star!

  I’m so grateful for Service Star Plumbing! I noticed new water damage in my home on a weekend evening, and when I called to have someone check out our issue, they were available first thing the next morning. Several other “bigger” companies in the area that tout 24/7 availability didn’t answer the phone when I called. I’m so thankful that Service Star Plumbing did. Nathan was kind and professional, and he did a great job explaining what he thought was going on as well as a couple of possible scenarios to help us understand what was likely happening. He made sure my husband and I were comfortable with the plan before moving forward. He then moved quickly to take care of our problem. As a household with 2 working adults, the speed and efficiency with which our problem was assessed and addressed was invaluable. Service Star Plumbing was truly there when I needed them, and they did a great job. I’d highly recommend reaching out to them for your plumbing needs. Thanks again for the help!

  Finally a family owned business with amazing service. Jodi was quick to respond and communicate. Nathan was straightforward about pricing and communicated everything in a way that was kind and easy to understand. I felt we paid a very fair price for his expertise and he did not oversell us on anything we didn't need. It has been so hard to find a good plumber after our last one was sold out. We will be going here in the future for all our plumbing needs.
