  The service was fast. Donley has parts and did some extra work needed that I did not count for at the beginning. Suggested care of the garage door. No more then 20 min work. Pleasant and knowledgeable person Donley Skroch. Thank you

  Wonderful service from John who came out to measure and get me a quote to Josh who went above and beyond to get the new garage door installed today. I would highly recommend Mr Spring to anyone who is in need of a new door or service.

  I called Mr Spring for an appointment to do maintenance on our garage doors. They set the appointment and sent a message with arrival time for service. 5 minutes before arriving they texted that they were near. The tech was very professional. He gave me an estimate, explained why I needed the repairs, and went about the repairs that needed to be made. New rollers, cables and a springs needed adjustment. The repairs were made systematically and with precision. No question that my repair tech Donley knew his job. The rollers were worn out and/frozen so the results were amazingly quiet operation . When Donley left, the garage was clean, no mess. Excellent job! ***** stars

  We were having an issue with our garage door so we made an appointment with Mr. Spring. Our technician, John, showed up exactly when he said he would, was super friendly and respectful, explained what the problems were and replaced our 20 year old garage door system all in one visit. Pretty awesome. Thanks Mr. Spring (& John)!

  Paying for expertise and then some. I'm giving three stars for only one reason: Price gauging. I'm a veteran industrial buyer and very keen on the costs of parts and labor. Mr. Spring's markup on parts is very high - I estimate from 60-90%. If it's not, then they need to find a new parts buyer because they're being shafted. Their labor is priced like a plumber. Set rate for each job, not based on time and distance. That being said, I just paid $600 to replace two springs in a half an hour - a job that should have cost at least $150-200 less, according to their competition. I would have given a lower rating, but the facts are: • They were easy to schedule online and used good tech • It took the guy less than 30 minutes to do the spring swap • They were professional and felt trustworthy • I paid for convenience. I REALLY paid for it. Overhead costs are what they are, but there seems to be very little competitive edge in pricing with Mr. Spring. The tech did give me a cheaper spring option, but the labor was still astronomical. If a fair price is what you're seeking, I strongly suggest you check around before pulling the trigger on Mr. Spring.
