- SWSue Welna3 days ago5.0My 25 year-old garage door opener died two days before the Fourth of July weekend. I called Mr. Spring and was scheduled for the first appointment the next morning (which I appreciated.) The opener could not be repaired and I was offered three different levels of well-explained replacement options. When I chose to proceed, my technician Stephan went right to work and in under two hours I had a dandy new garage door opener. Stephan thoroughly explained all aspects of use and maintenance and I was absolutely amazed that I was good to go in less than a day after the darned thing failed. What a great operation!! Thanks for the superb service.
