  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Fire-N-Ice Plumbing, Heating & A/C enough! From the very first phone call, the experience was outstanding. Kathy in the office was friendly, helpful, and got me scheduled quickly. They were incredibly fast to respond, which was such a relief during this heat. My technician, Kolton, was fantastic. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my AC in a way I could understand. He never made me feel pressured and worked efficiently to get everything fixed. Ben was also wonderful to work with. It was clear that customer service is a priority for this company, and I truly appreciated the time and care he took to make sure everything was handled well. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping. It’s not often you find a company that combines great communication, prompt service, and excellent workmanship, but Fire-N-Ice absolutely does. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing or HVAC needs and will gladly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, Kathy, Kolton, Ben, and the entire Fire-N-Ice team!

  They came out so promptly for my Dad to fix His hot water furnace heater, got it running for him quickly. My dad enjoyed the company. They were very knowledgeable. I’m glad he was in good hands would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. Karina
