⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Fire-N-Ice Plumbing, Heating & A/C enough! From the very first phone call, the experience was outstanding. Kathy in the office was friendly, helpful, and got me scheduled quickly. They were incredibly fast to respond, which was such a relief during this heat. My technician, Kolton, was fantastic. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my AC in a way I could understand. He never made me feel pressured and worked efficiently to get everything fixed. Ben was also wonderful to work with. It was clear that customer service is a priority for this company, and I truly appreciated the time and care he took to make sure everything was handled well. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping. It’s not often you find a company that combines great communication, prompt service, and excellent workmanship, but Fire-N-Ice absolutely does. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing or HVAC needs and will gladly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, Kathy, Kolton, Ben, and the entire Fire-N-Ice team!

Fire N Ice did a great job of installing a heat pump for us. Kolton and Grayson were efficient and provided good workmanship. They were also good communicators. From the first contact with Rocky through working with Kathy, Kolton, and Grayson everything was accomplished per plan and on time.

I am writing this review of the business I have had with the plumbing business, Fire and Ice, this last year. Prior to meeting with those good folks, Rocky and Ben, I dealt with three other plumbers whose identity I choose not to reveal. From outrageous bid prices to shoddy workmanship, I was left completely gun-shy about calling another plumber. Fortunately, with a trip to neighboring town of Brandon, we met "Fire and Ice" plumbing company. Now a year later, with new skillfully installed hot water furnace, my worries of home freezing up have vanished. The total cost was a lot less than other's bid. They have never asked me for a review. This is simply a 'thank you' for their conscientious and skillfully installation. South Le Homme Drive

Our air conditioner stopped working and they were out the same day to look at it. Our basement was very damp so because of that it ruined the motherboard on the furnace. They gave us a couple of options and we did not feel pressured to go either way. It is so nice to work with someone you can trust. Would highly recommend them!
