WindowLab exceeded our expectations. Replacing every window in our home was a big project, but their team made the entire process easy and stress-free. The quality of the windows and installation is excellent, and everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. The install was much faster than we expected.

We love our new Window Lab windows. We can tell that our home is quieter and look forward to less winter drafts, frosted edges and so enjoy the smooth working mechanisms of our new windows. Doug was wonderfully helpful and informative in helping us make a wise decision. Dan (installer) was very kind and an artist in removing the old and installing the new windows.

We had researched and received bids from 4 reputable window companies for replacement of two exterior doors for our balcony. WindowLab was not the low-cost option but we chose them based upon their philosophy of satisfactions and customer responsiveness. We have not been disappointed. WindowLab quickly and completely addressed our questions throughout the selection and installation process; even with post installation visits to assure the products met our expectations regarding appearance and function. We have no remorse that we chose them. Thank you WindoLab.
