  Working with Window Lab was easy and straightforward. Steve helped us make decisions to get what we were looking for on time and within budget. The quality of the product and installation were excellent and the warranty they offer provides a stress-free decision. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

  Regretably, our experience was disappointing. We had researched and received bids from 4 reputable window companies for replacement of two exterior doors for our balcony. WindowLab was not the low-cost option but we chose them based upon their stated philosophy of superior service and client satisfaction. Our doors were sized for the original non-standard size as were other bids we had received; resulting in a significant cost premium. Upon installation, the doors finish did not match. One door was a close match to our existing trim, the other door was not even close to the same finish we had stipulated for both doors. WindowLab's response was "sometimes that happens". There was no attempt by WindowLab to address their error or explore ways to remedy the situation. We are left with an expensive door that does not match our existing trim in the entire room. We are reminded of this eveyday as the door is a major focal point of our living room. At a minimum, WindowLab should inform their client that multiple products may be a hodge-podge of mismatched colors and the client assumes that risk. We had requested a bid for replacement of all our exterior windows as well and were set to persue that project this fall. After our experience with the two doors, we are unwilling to move forward with them or refer them to others.

  We had a great experience with Window Lab replacing our 70+ year old single pane windows. Matt was super professional during his in home consultation. We got pricing from Pella and Anderson and Window Lab was nearly half the pricing of both those companies! We ultimately decided on Window Lab without considering other non-chain installers because of the price and the performance of the window. We could either pay more for less thermally performing windows (double-pane), or the same/slightly more for the same (triple-pane) or lower performing windows. Honestly any window would have been better than what was originally installed in the house, but the professionalism by Matt and the price point are really what sold us on this company. If you pick Window Lab it means you're making a good decision!

  We're still in the early stages of our project with WindowLab, but our experience has been excellent so far. Patrick came out to our home, walked us through all of our window options, and provided thorough, easy-to-understand explanations and demonstrations. He was very accommodating with our schedule and worked around our availability to find meeting times that were convenient for us. We're impressed with the level of service we've received and are looking forward to the installation.

  Window lab team was fantastic. I'm glad their sales person braved the winter storm to introduce Window lab to us. We recently moved and and knew the windows needed replaced. This was on our 5 year plan thinking windows were pricy. The team provided a timely, very reasonably price quote with install happening as soon as it was warm enough. The team replaced all 26 windows in four day minimizing disruption to our family with 3 young kids. I strongly encourage everyone needing new windows to contact Window Lab. Great 3-pane windows, fast installation, and great customer service.
