  The sales person , Garrett, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He responded quickly and kept in touch throughout the process when I had questions. The installation was very quick and I love the final project. The installers were efficient and friendly and explained how to use the awning and remote very well

  The awning was installed July 7th and the cooling effect on our deck far exceeds expectations. The installation guys did a nice job. The awning mechanism and motor seem commercial grade. Chris has been great handling our pre and post questions. The one area that is weak is scheduling. Seems like they are using an auto scheduling algorithm that doesn’t have clear availability of installers calendars nor any input from you the buyer. Back office fixes those guesses quickly once you call them.

  We worked with Kim to pick out the right awning and colors. She was very helpful and professional. As it turned out, everything blended perfectly with our outdoor colors. Thank you Kim! Darian and Bucky did the installation. They were no-nonsense, very professional, congenial, informative, and helpful in familiarizing us with the awning. Also, thank you guys!! I would hire all three of these folks.

  WORKING WITH CARRIE WAS A PLEASURE AND SHE MADE SURE THINGS WOULD GO RIGHT. THE NEW AWNING IS PREFECT PROVIDES SHADE, COOLNESS TO OUR PATIO. wE WILL ENJOY HOURS OF COMFORT UNDER IT. EVERYONE WHO WAS INVOLED FROM cARRIE TO THE INSTALLER WERE EASY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

  Horrible company with extremely poor communication and customer service. When the installers arrived to install the awning that I had ordered, the awning was the wrong size, wrong fabric and wrong valance cut. When the remade awning arrived at the company, they scheduled it to be installed (without asking me if I was available) while I was away. I had to reschedule the installment several times. Once an installation date arrived, I waited for the crew to arrive during my scheduled times and they never came. I had to call the company who told me that the crew was scheduled to arrive much later in the day. The company had not advised me of the time change prior. The installation team arrived nearly one hour after the 2-hour afternoon time window that I was given per the phone call. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service!
