  We have worked with galaxy flooring for the past 25 years. We have worked with Tim as well as a number of other individuals getting flooring for our whole upstairs, basement and main floor. Each and every experience has been absolutely perfect. Arrived when they said they would, the price what they said it would be and great installation services. There is not another company in the metro that I would go to if I need flooring. Thank you.

  We had a great experience working with the folks at Galaxie Floor. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales, scheduling and installation- every part of the process was smooth and stress free. Our cork flooring in the kitchen looks and feels fantastic and we are very happy with the results. Thanks to the team for everything. Highly recommended!

  The staff at the store were super friendly and helpful! We walked into the store having no idea what type of flooring we wanted, and we left knowing that we would be getting marmoleum installed! The whole process from start to finish was easy, and the financing option made the deal much more accessible for us. The install went well, and we now have beautiful, fun marmoleum flooring!

  Sandi and Tim were so helpful with the entire process installing Kahrs Engineered wood floors. The installers worked non stop and finished earlier than scheduled. They cleaned up everything really well. I wonder why I didn’t do this sooner and will definitely have Galaxie due future floors in bedrooms

  Galaxie installed carpet in our home working as a subcontractor on a larger renovation project. Their initial install was done properly per the plan and the seam diagram that was signed off by our general contractor. However, we were not satisfied with the seam placement that our GC had approved (but that we had not been asked to review). Galaxie came out multiple times to inspect and improve the seam placement. When we were still not satisfied with the appearance, we came to a solution that seemed fair to all parties. Galaxie had already fulfilled their obligation with our GC, but they took time to listen to our concerns, came out multiple times, and worked to find a fair resolution. The final result looks great. The installation team was prompt, clean, and respectful of our home. For anyone getting carpet installed from any company, I recommend reviewing carpet seam placement if that is a detail that matters to you. Galaxie provides those to the client for approval, so make sure to review it. If you are working with a GC, who is the entity that would approve the seam placement, I highly recommend asking them to review the seam placement diagrams from the carpet subcontractor if it is not part of their standard process.
