This is my second time working with lumber liquidators for flooring and I have always been provided with exceptional service. The process is very easy and I will be happy to work with them again for any of my future flooring needs.

I had an excellent experience working with Todd and Bryan. They’re knowledgeable and good communicators. They were went above and beyond to accommodate the specific requirements for my project and make sure my needs were met. They knew I had a long drive with the flooring and packaged it very well so I didn’t have to worry about any damage in transit. They truly could not have made the process any easier for me.

Giving one star is overpraising Lumber Liquidators. My wife and I purchased 23 cartons of Coreluxe Vinyl Plank Flooring at the Lumber Liquidators Blaine, MN outlet. We didn't use it right away as we had contractor issues and when we did go to install it, we found it was subpar quality. It didn't stay together. I could be installing a row only to find that 6 rows back, it started coming apart as it did not have proper connection points. This was not my first work with this type of flooring. I have done 4 other rooms in our home with vinyl plank (purchased from a different flooring store) with NO installation issues. After 4 days of trying to install this product, I had less than 1/2 installed....and we threw up our hands and surrendered. We loaded up the remaining 14 cartons of flooring and went to the store. I did not expect a refund as we were well beyond the 90 days. What I did expect was that they would upgrade me and cut us a deal. Instead what I received was 2 guys berating me and calling me stupid, blaming me for mis-installing the flooring, telling us that we had done everything wrong. They told us that this flooring was a huge seller, and that builders bought it like crazy because it was great inexpensive flooring. We initially went in there because we did most of the 1st floor of our house with Coreluxe flooring (purchased from the now extinct LL Flooring). I am so sorry we did. We spent a tad over $1000 for this flooringand threw away every damn dollar. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
