  I had the pleasure of working with Cesar today. He was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of walking me through what the issues were and what needed to be fixed. I appreciated his expertise and patience as we worked towards a solution.

  Brady M was so friendly and professional. He explained everything to me. This is the second inspection I’ve had Genz-Ryan perform and I have to say, I am very impressed with the level of detail. I feel very confident that my systems have been thoroughly inspected. I also like the fact that they offer different levels of service, from top end to ‘you should really do this now’. KUDOS!!

  Nawaf Ahmed did a fabulous job… explained everything thoroughly.. He flushed out my water heater! The only problem was the sludge that was in the tank plugged the holes, so once removed, the tank leaked… need to replace! It is 22 yrs. old so I expected that!!

  Damian is outstanding! He was patient, provided me with layered options for my eventual AC replacement so I could find a way to fit that into my timeline and budget. He was swift and thorough with the tech work and AC tune up. I hope to work with him every time I have maintenance and services!

  Have not had anything installed yet. Mike Hill came to give me a quote and also to see if he could get my AC going since temps have been in the 90’s. Very very nice man. I am going through a tough divorce so was having a bad day and I felt so sorry he had to deal with me. He was soooo good. Very professional and went waaayyy beyond what he needed to do. My window broke when putting my fan in the window at night to get some air in my room to sleep. Lots of very little sleep and I was a mess. Needless to say this wonderful man fixed my window so I could open and close my window until I get my new AC. Yes, I went with this company and my nephew used them too. He quoted me a better AC unit than another company for the same price. Other company quoted me a discontinued unit that you can’t get parts, looked into it on internet.To Genz-Ryan don’t let this guy go! So hard to get good employees and you have a GEM! He goes above and beyond to make your company stand out. Mike you are a wonderful person and in the world today you are needed. I appreciated you so much on such a bad day!!!!
