  Our AC stopped functioning and they sent someone out right away. Mike L. Was great, he answered all our questions and found the issue right away, he was very thorough and fixed it amazingly fast. Overall the experience was good in this unfortunate situation and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Calvin is amazing! We had a mystery issue with electric in a few rooms. He troubleshooted until He found the issue. He made sure I could beautify myself over the weekend (lights and plugs in bathrooms were not working 🤪). He got it up and running and returned on Tuesday bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to fix permanently. He was personable, knowledgeable. He is a man that truly likes his job and the company he works for. I would not hesitate to recommend Calvin

  Gage was lovely! He took a look at my water heater and advised that we not flush it like planned because it's old as dirt and might not work afterwards, and he didn't want to put me in a tough situation right before a weekend and with being low income. He happily answered all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly as he checked the rest of the plumbing in my house. Gage was a pleasure to speak with, knowledgable, and I appreciated that he didn't pressure me into doing anything I didn't want to because as you know that is often what happens which is the name of the game. I have an AC technician scheduled to do a tune up in a few weeks and I'm crossing my fingers that I have as great of an experience with that one as I did with Mr Gage! I'll be sure to update :)

  Brady was AWESOME and so intelligent and knowledgeable!!!! 11/10!!! My Family and I normally do everything on our own, but we couldn’t figure this one out. I’m always hesitant to call a big company like this because of the sales pressure/etc, but this dude knew EXACTLY what he was doing and talking about! Very Impressive!!!! When (and it will be soon 🥺) I do get a new system installed, he will definitely be the one I call! Trying out a few additional things that he recommended before I pull the trigger 🤞🤞 Excellent!!!!!! I hope he gets commission and/or bonuses!

  You put a great deal of trust in a company coming to work on your home. In our case the trust had to go even further. We were out of town for 10 days and Genz Ryan tackled a very large electrical project in our absence on a 100 year old home. They did a great job with all aspects. Everything was completed as expected when we returned. The project manager gave us a call to see how everything went. We did have a few minor issues and they were back to fix within hours. Thanks Genz Ryan crew.!!!!
