  The technician they sent was great! However, I emailed them to ask about some charges and they have not responded. They seem to be exaggerating time spent on site, uping parts cost far above overhead and codes which are not explained what they are on the bill.

  We had a water heater that needed to be replaced and some internal leaking in our basement. We called and asked if someone could come out to look at the leaking wall. We already knew our heater would need to be replaced. They called back (not the technician) to let us know the heater needed replacing, which we already knew. When I asked if that was the cause of the water leaking down the wall, the response was "Could be". Ahh, no, that actually was not the cause. They quoted us double what we actually paid another plumber to replace the water heater. They then proceeded to charge us $180 to tell us we needed a new water heater and not actually look at the issue we asked them to look at. Unfortunately, I would not recommend nor use this company again.

  I had water leaking from my toilet. The technician came out and installed a new wax ring. 3 hours later I had water pooled up. It ended up being the hose, and had to replace it myself since I was going out of town the next day. I called SCR about it and was transferred to a manager, which I left a detailed voicemail about my issue. It has been two months and still haven't got a call back. I paid $200 for something I didn't need and still had to fix it myself. Please don't use this company. They have terrible customer service.

  We recently used SCR for our natural gas conversion at our home. They showed up on time, converted our furnace and appliances to natural gas, and cleaned up after themselves. We had SCR install a new furnace and central air 2 years ago. We trust and would highly recommend SCR for heating, cooling, or plumbing work at your home or business.
