  Terrible. Won’t ever come back here. Gave me a saw where the blades were really dull. And then also there was 2 bolts that were loose on the saw. Update: everything got resolved, we got a refund and they understood our frustration. 3/5 stars will stand as final.

  First experience at Brainerd General was excellent. Took less than 5 min and I was out of there with a trailer. The return was quicker. The guy took it off the hitch and off I went. Went into the office and they were done in less than 3 minutes.. literally… it was great!!

  Needed a trailer to help my son move across the state. Great selection of sizes, reasonable pricing, and the trailers are well maintained. More importantly is the super customer service which makes picking up and dropping off very pleasant

  From start to finish they were extremely helpful. They delivered and picked up the equipment in a very timely manner and when they delivered the skid steer the gentleman who delivered it was very informative and showed me how to effectively operate it. From my experience with them, I do not see any reason to look elsewhere when I am in need of renting equipment. Absolutely satisfied!
