- KAKobi Allen6 days ago5.0Today, I used a power washer from Brainerd General Rental, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. The machinery worked perfectly, was in top-tier shape, and got the job done. The best part was that I have never even used a pressure washer before, but I felt like a pro because Brainerd General Rental owner Steve Mau took time out of his day to walk me through every step on how to use the equipment. The equipment and service at Brainerd General Rental are top-tier, and in my humble opinion, this is the best equipment rental business in all of Minnesota. I will 100% be back to rent more equipment.

The prices were on point with other rental agencies in the area. The people were very friendly and answered all of my questions leading up to rental day. I recommend to use them for anything to rent from their inventory.

- TSTodd SauerMay 2, 20265.0I rented a mini-excavator to dig holes for a 60’x60’ garden/apple orchard. The backyard guys hooked up the trailer and gave me a quick tutorial on how to operate it. The excavator ran fantastic and after a bit, I figured out the controls and dug over 30 holes. Every time I’ve rented from General Rental I’ve had a 5 star experience!! The people are great and the equipment is always top notch and affordable!!
