  These guys are top notch! I drove 45 minutes to their location, even though there’s a rental place 15 minutes from us. Anyway, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, non-judgmental people! Very fair and reasonable prices and policies. They are my “go to” from yesterday going forward. Thanks all!

  I did not get optional insurance. When I got mower home, I started it and it had quite a bit of smoke in exhaust. I pushed it over lawn to check height then shut off to adjust height. Started it again it again and ran a bit longer but still blue smoke coming out; more than I would expect and I was concerned because I did not get insurance. Shut it off and attempted to start it again. Would not start so I took it back. Employee started it then asked if I wanted mgr because of my concerns then he got the mgr. He said all is good with mower and I would not be liable for blown engine. I took mower home and mowed my lawn. In summary, the staff was professional and courteous and listened to my concerns. This was about my fear of my experience of this used (and perhaps abused because its is a rental) mower without getting the insurance.

  Absolutely impressive service. Counter workers were great. Very knowledgeable, detailed and super friendly. Yard helpers rocked it also. Multiple workers showed up immediately to load scaffolding. On the return, same great help unloading. Friendly fellas too. Simply impressed all the way around.

  We rented chairs and tables for our grad party and General Rental was a great place to rent them from. We had no problems picking them up or dropping them off , very professional and affordable. I would definitely rent from them again.
