  Xavier from from aquarius at the brainerd location came to my home for my water filtration system. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and had great customer service. We have used aquarius for our entire home and have nothing but praise for their attention to detail, fast turn around and again, great customer service! Highly recommend them for any of your needs.

  Gavin provided outstanding service from start to finish. His communication was top notch, and he took the time to thoroughly inspect and explain our AC system in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire appointment. I especially appreciated how he educated me on aspects of our HVAC system that I wasn't aware of and offered helpful maintenance tips and recommendations to keep everything running efficiently. It's clear that he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Gavin and would gladly have him back for future AC and furnace maintenance. Thank you for the excellent service!

  Dylan H., the HVAC service technician did a greate job. He was professional, courteous and did a through job of seasonal servicing and inspection of my HVAC system. I have had a service contract with Aquarius for seasonal servicing and evaluation of both my HVAC system and my Kinetico water softening system for a number of years. The water side of the service has been done without any issues. I cannot say the same about the airside servicing. Aquarius has me set up airside service appointments with them months in advance. The last three times when service was scheduled I have gotten a call on the morning of the service day stating that the appointment needs to be rescheduled due to unavailability of the servicing technician. This has also happened before on occasion. but not three times in a row. So, because I cannot depend on Aquarius to keep its service committment to me and that they do not value my time as a loyal customer, I have cancelled the HVAC service agreement that I had with them. I wil have an independent HVAC contractor perform the maintenance and inspections instead of Aquarius.

  My AC went on the blink, so I called Aquarius. They were able to get a repair man here the next day. Got it running - but limping badly. Asked them to please give me an estimate on a new unit. Again prompt - the next day. He explained all of the options and I took a day to consider other bids. Their price was competitive, but I was so impressed with the quality of their representatives that I had met I chose them. Guess what - they could fit me in the next day again - think I was on a hot streak - no pun intended. The installers were exactly on time. They laid down rungs so as to not mark my floors, told me what was happening, were diligent in their work and left my basement clean. At every step in this process, I was kept informed as to what was happening and when it would occur. They sent text messages to introduce their team members and to let me know what was going on. This was an exceptional experience. I would recommend these people highly.
