- AOAmanda OlverOct 5, 20265.0Gavin was really knowledgeable and so kind. He came out same day I called for service. He educated me on my boiler system. He was so great we commented that we should have invited to our family dinner!
- NFNoelle FuchsOct 1, 20265.0Didn't break the bank like I was dreading! Great customer service, Tony was very helpful and friendly! Will be calling if any future problems arise!
- MJMark JohnsonSep 30, 20263.0Let me start by saying the personnel at Aquarius were great. The technician (Dave) did a great job and the project manager (Katie) was very helpful. That being said, I thought their prices were excessive. The original quote for replacing a leaking kitchen faucet, two sink baskets, and the drain pipe was over $1050. And that's with me furnishing the faucet. I needed the work done immediately, so I had no choice but to accept the bid. I was told they bid by the job, and not by the hour. I can see why. It took about an hour and a half to replace the faucet. The other repairs he had to reschedule because he didn't have the parts he needed. In their defense, I did call and cancel those repairs and they happily refunded some of the money. But I still ended up paying almost $300/hour for the work they did (plus travel time). That seems high.
- JJJosh JensenSep 25, 20265.0Absolutely a pleasure to work with. Tony did an amazing job with the help of Luke. They were quick and efficient, kind and courteous, and a joy to have working on the project. Thank you for your services! The price for the huge size of the product was right on point for what was expected, but mixed with Tony and Luke, it will absolutely be my top choice for any other projects in the future.
- SSShelly SatreSep 25, 20265.0We subscribe to the service plan for our Kinetico system. Dana was the tech for our regular maintenance and he was timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly! Shared additional info so we would be better informed in the future. Solid product and solid service!
