  Eddie was here this morning and got our air fixed and back on in about 20 minutes. He is a genuine gem. Better give him a pay raise. This hot weather makes air conditioning a very serious problem. Thanks.

  My heat went out on a Friday, of course!! Called Arens, amazing staff! Amber that I spoke to on the phone was great! Very informational, answered all of my questions. Had a technician there in a matter of hours before the evening! I cannot say enough about this company, five stars 100% and even called to check on me on Monday after everything was done to make sure everything was running right and I had no more issues whatsoever!

  Excellent service and timely. During the recent heatwave in June, they found time in their busy schedule to replace a 15 yr old unit that had leaked freon the last couple years. Maybe not the cheapest, but got the job done in a quality way.
