  Eddie was here this morning and got our air fixed and back on in about 20 minutes. He is a genuine gem. Better give him a pay raise. This hot weather makes air conditioning a very serious problem. Thanks.

  My heat went out on a Friday, of course!! Called Arens, amazing staff! Amber that I spoke to on the phone was great! Very informational, answered all of my questions. Had a technician there in a matter of hours before the evening! I cannot say enough about this company, five stars 100% and even called to check on me on Monday after everything was done to make sure everything was running right and I had no more issues whatsoever!

  My furnace went out on the coldest night of winter this year, Arns sent someone out that next day and spent 3 hours replacing and servicing my furnace. My daughter and I are so grateful we had our heat back on that night because our house was at 50 degrees. Thank you for your hard work!
