Arrived when they said they would, did the work as promised, and worked diligently to ensure no disruption to the operations of the business. The crew is respectful, and hard working! Pricing is competitive and transparent! I will be using their services on my personal driveway next, and will be referring them to my neighbors!
- AAAhmed AliDec 17, 20251.0Very unprofessional. We agreed on a $48,500 bid and all I needed was a simple PDF of the estimate for the bank. Instead, I got constant excuses, delays, and no follow-through. Something that should’ve taken minutes dragged on and put my client’s financing at risk. It makes you wonder what he’s hiding. Poor communication and major red flags. Would not recommend. Response to owner: This response is inaccurate and misrepresents what actually happened. I am the listing agent, not the property owner. I do not have authority to “accept,” “decline,” or make immediate pricing decisions on behalf of the seller. At the time you’re referencing, there was no accepted offer on the property, so there was nothing to proceed with. At no point did I ask you to “honor pricing.” I informed you when my client later accepted an offer and reached back out accordingly. That is standard real-estate process. Framing this as though I was shopping bids, renegotiating, or expecting unilateral decisions from you is simply false. Any contractor working with listed commercial property understands that timelines and decisions are driven by ownership and executed through an accepted purchase agreement—not assumptions. Facts matter. This review reflects a misunderstanding at best, and a misrepresentation at worst.
