  I had to have someone from their outfit come a look at a leaky toliet. Turns out the wax ring need replacing, the work was good, 5/5. The price on the other hand was a 1/5. $730 for an hour of work to replace a wax ring. Seems extremely expensive compared to other outfits.

  Highly recommend Aqua Wizards, I had called so many companies and no one answered, but they did on the second ring and was out within a few hours on a holiday weekend. They resolved our bathroom plumbing issues and even gave tips to ensure a clog doesn’t occur in the future.

  Quickly answered my call to help with a major clogged pipe from my upstairs tub/shower drain. First inspected it and informed of all that might have to be done to solve the whole clog. Plus told me the exact cost of each and also informed that these were firm prices. They are very experienced in any and all plumbing situations so they are able to do that. The day the job was done the plumber came with all the essential supplies to be able to complete the entire job quickly and efficiently. The covered the area, wore shoe covers and cleaned up, leaving no mess behind. Travis was awesome.

  I had such a great experience with Aqua Wizards Plumbing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing honest, professional plumbing help. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, respectful, and very conscious of my home. He wore shoe covers, kept the work area clean, and treated my house with the kind of care you always hope for but do not always get. That alone says a lot to me. When someone comes into your home and respects it like it matters, that makes a huge difference. He was also extremely honest and upfront, which I appreciated so much. Plumbing issues can feel intimidating because most of us do not really know what is going on behind the scenes, and it would be very easy for someone to make a problem sound bigger, scarier, and more expensive than it actually is. He could have easily turned this into some dramatic plumbing mystery novel and charged me a ton to “solve” it. Instead, he was straightforward and fair. Turns out, the big plumbing crisis was not a major issue. It was not some complicated pipe problem. It was not an expensive repair. It was, in fact, a wad of my hair. So while I am very grateful for his honesty, professionalism, and excellent service, I do have one small complaint: he did unfortunately prove my husband right that my hair is literally everywhere. I was hoping plumbing would be the one place I could deny it, but here we are. Case closed. Evidence found. Husband smugness activated. All jokes aside, I truly appreciated the way Aqua Wizards Plumbing handled everything. He was respectful, clean, honest, efficient, and easy to work with. It is hard to find service professionals who combine skill with integrity, but that is exactly what I experienced. I would absolutely call Aqua Wizards Plumbing again, although hopefully next time it is not because my hair has staged another takeover of the plumbing system. Highly recommend!
