  Poor service. Wait 20 minutes while they wait on a customer, then when she is done with that one and it's my turn the phone rings and goes to that while I stand there waiting. Then the cell phone rings and I left knowing I won't be waited on next. Heads up....that person took the time to drive to your business and waited should come first. Not the phone calls. Poor

  Called at 9am to have a garage door looked at. Got a call from Troy he was on his way and was there by 11. Fixed issue plus noticed seals were bad on both doors and offered to replace them. Excellent! He also took the time to help my 86 y/o mom get her opener reprogrammed for her car. Excellent communication from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Very fair charges. I would highly recommend Viking Garage Door.

  Last night my grandmothers garage door came off the tracks and door was bowed inwards. Also, we have been having bad weather. I was afraid that it might rain and cause issues in her garage. I called at 1 am and left a message. I work over nights so I visit them when they opened at 7:30 am today. Amazingly, they sent a repair man shortly after. He saw what we needed and he was able to fix an ancient metal garage door. I really didn't know it if it would need to be completely replaced. I am extremely happy for their great customer service and amazing repair job. They were honest about the cost and I can't thank them enough!!!

  Called said they show up and fix garage door. They came same day and the work was done to perfection and the invoice was itemized and reasonable. Thanks!
