- CPCourtney PeltierOct 6, 20265.0I had a needs fixing sooner rather than later situation. I called on a Sunday night expecting to leave a message but they had an AI assistant answer the phone. I wasn't expecting it and I didn't necessarily wanna book an emergency appt but it was either that or a standard appt a month out. At one point I hung up and called back as I didn't know how to get out of the standard appt and back to the emergency option. I ended up getting a text and finished booking that way. Once the technician had been able to troubleshoot the issue, it only seemed to take an hour or so to install the new gas valve I needed. He was polite and let me know of another item that may need replacement soon. I did sign up for a membership so theyll be out to check things in the spring again.
