  It was a pleasure having Owen and Adam install my new high efficiency furnace and AC today. They were promptly here at 8:30 this morning. They were careful in taking out the old and bringing in the new heating and cooling system. They were also thorough in explaining how to operate and maintain both segments. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much.

  Keondre Shropshire, did an incredible job installing my new furnace and AC Unit. His partner, Travis, was awesome too! They both were very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and were very thorough explaiining everything to me! They went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer! They were so clean.You couldn't even tell anybody had done work near my new furnace. Randazoo's could only be so lucky to have these two employees/installers. I give them a 10 STAR RATING!!!!

  Kevin and Travis were here right on time ..8:45 am Kevin was very professional and explained everything that they would be doing ...he checked out all the areas they would be working in and started right away. Kevin answered all questions we had along the way...even labeled vents when we asked him .. Travis was a very impressive young man..he also answered all questions we had ... Great duo ...

  Owen was great! Randazzos put in 2 systems for me at 2 different locations on the same day. Owen was very efficient and pleasant. I felt so bad when he had to climb trough insulation in my attic to trace a wire. I apologized and he just remarked that it “was his job”. Very satisfied with the service and equipment so far. In major installations like this, there is always the possibility for small issues….its how you handle these issues that sets a company apart. Randazzos has been very quick and efficient in managing these minor situations and every technician and customer service agent has been so nice.

  While there were some oversights during both the estimate and the initial installation of the HVAC system that required rework, waiting for Phil Garwood to fix the issue was the best decision. He came up with a solid plan, removed the problematic setup, and rebuilt it cleanly from scratch (including installing an upgraded touch-screen thermostat that doesn’t “click-click” like the previous one). It was a complex job, done in a tight space in my upper-level condo, that required hours of continuous labor, but he and his helper stayed late into the night to ensure it was fully completed to his standards. Phil is a true professional.
