  I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of all of the technicians especially Rz1 Joseph , I had to have a complete new HVAC system. They had to remove the old Furnace system and the whole house Air Conditioner , run new copper lines, install the new furnace and New Humdifier and New Thermostat, it was quite an undertaking., They completed everything on one day, I am so pleased with all that they were able to accomplish in one Day..I am giving 5 stars review for all the technicians namely Joseph, Dominic and Todd..Thank you so much for all your hard work, and Thank you Randazzo for caring so much about your customers..I highly recommend Randazzo .

  Jonah, Jami, and Daycota did were a knowledgeable, professional, truly outstanding top-notch crew who did a full HVAC and water heater installation. They arrived on time as scheduled, went to work right away, did absolutely outstanding work, and left my home spotless. The work took about 8 hours, as advertised. The communication was great, and I'd highly recommend these young men to anyone. They capped off a great experience start-to-finish with Randazzo. Ryan, my sales rep was awesome and responsive to my questions about what system would be best for my home. I appreciate the finance team, too. I know I from other quotes I received that I got a great price with a financing plan that won't break my family's budget. This company is 100% dedicated to the customer. HVAC replacement is a huge investment in a home, and knowing that Randazzo is a partner gives me real peace of mind.

  I recently had my AC and furnace replaced by Aidan Waelchli and his team, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done right.Despite a few unexpected challenges caused by the layout of my basement, particularly the finished drywall ceiling, they remained focused and worked through every issue without cutting corners. They stayed until the installation was fully completed and never rushed the job.I was especially impressed with how they managed to install the new system without having to open up or damage the finished ceiling, which took both skill and creativity. The workmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean and in great condition.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Aidan and his team to anyone looking for a quality HVAC installation. Excellent job from start to finish!

  Ryan and Dominick installed an excellent new AC unit at our new home! 🏡❄️ They came all the way out to Chelsea, and it was so reassuring to know that the same team we trusted back in Livonia (where they installed our AC previously) could take care of us at our new home, too! We absolutely love Randazzo’s. From the quality of their work and the equipment they use to their incredible team, they consistently go above and beyond. Ryan and Dominick truly worked their tails off! They explained everything to us, answered all of our questions, cleaned everything up beautifully, and left us happy customers once again! 👏🏼 It’s always nice finding a company you can trust and even better when they’re willing to travel to take care of you. ❤️ Thank you, Ryan & Dominick!   I was putting off getting a new HVAC system because the process seemed so daunting. From start to finish, Randazzo made the process so smooth and effortless. My comfort advisor, Michael, was so thorough and explained everything in great detail. He gave his honest opinion on the right solutions for my home. On the install side, Owen and his partner were able to replace my entire system in eight hours. I was amazed at how quickly they worked and the quality was top tier. They explained the work they did and what I needed to do for maintenance and didn’t rush out the door when the job was done. They were also very courteous to me and my cats which was a huge relief and much appreciated. Overall, I could not have imagined going with anyone other than Randazzo. I love my new system and it makes me feel like I live in a brand new home.
