  Geoffrey & his guys did an awesome job! I would give 10 stars if I could! Randazzo was the only company willing to do the job after being denied by other companies so many times. I am grateful, I could cry tears of joy! Geoffrey was on time, professional, and moved with diligence.! Thank you again Gee! I can’t forget to thank Mr. Tramal & Ms. Tammy for all their help. They were a big help with my process as well! I appreciate their hard-work & dedication for the customers! I look forward to doing business with this awesome company in the near future! 🫶🏾

  Technician Damian was knowledgeable, efficient, timely, wore shoe covers, kind, hard working and explained everything well without pushing unnecessary parts. Exceptional work, give him a raise! I wasn't so sure with initial phone scheduling system being computer/not talking to real person. Reading good reviews made me pick Randazzo, and I'm glad we did. Only company we'll choose for AC/heating with their high-end staff and fair pricing! Highly recommend Damian and this company!

  We had a complete furnace and A/C replaced. Our entire experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! Randazzo beat the competitors price and provided better products. Our install team, Aiden and Adam, did a phenomenal job on the install. They were on time, professional, courteous, they answered every question we had, and they left our home spotless when they were finished. I could not have asked for a better install crew. We would go with Randazzo again if we ever need HVAC work again.

  Leonard Russ did an amazing job and went above and beyond! I had an ongoing issue with my hot water heater and the piping underneath my house. When Leonard came out to take a look, he explained the issue clearly and paid great attention to getting everything resolved properly. Now that everything has been fixed, I have such a good sense of relief! A huge thank you again to Leonard for being such a wonderful help. I would gladly recommend Randazzo for having amazing service and customer care!
