That's not what I got. I got a VERY quick repair done by a nice, professional gentleman that went above and beyond, and was charged a VERY reasonable price! The door works like new (it's 25 years old)! I hope as many people as possible use this company for all their garage door needs because *I* want them to be around the next time I (or any family member or friend) needs them! I wish the invoice had the gentleman's name on it (unfortunately I've already forgotten it—sorry!) because he was very nice, very quick and very professional. Why can't every company be like this??
