  Would not recommend. I had used this company for over 10 years. They used to be a good company until they were bought out by a private equity group several years ago. Since that time, service has steadily declined. AI slop for phone representatives, 3-4 months into the future for a basic tune up/maintenance appointments.

  Bought a top of the line Furnace and Air Conditioner. I was told the first year maintenance was included in the price when I made the purchase. I spent good money and happy with the new equipment for the most part. The maintenance team showed up. Did nice work, they hand me a $241 bill after the work was done. RobinAire misrepresented the facts. Poor business practice. They backed pedaled after the work was done saying the maintenance only included certain things. Shameful! This should been explained up front not after. You lost a customer.

  This is my third time using Robin Aire for the Maintenance for my heating and cooling systems. I'm always more than satisfied with their work and their professionalism. Their employees are kind and super courteous. Thank you Robin Aire.

  Fantastic company! Every person you speak to is knowledgeable, patient and professional. Scheduling appointments is easy. You are kept informed on tech arrivals. Techs explain everything they are going to do and spend the time to answer all your questions. Thank you!

  Greg came to perform a service check on our new generator, since it got fairly heavy during the recent power outage. He showed me the hours used for outage, changed the oil, filter, and air filter, in addition to checking plugs. He was on time, and answered all of my questions.
