  Robin and her staff were AMAZING. Super friendly and knowledgeable, squeezed my family in the day of- and got it back up and running in no time! VERY fair priced and honest… even explained how to care for the unit. I would 100% recommend this company. Although everyone and their neighbors are calling for AC help in this heat, they were genuinely concerned about helping and weren’t dismissive like the other companies. Thank you!!! You are so much appreciated.

  First, Don cane to my home to give an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner. Don was very knowledgeable about the best air conditioner and furnace that would work in my condo. He went over the finance options. What I liked was, he did not try for the " hard sell". Justin and Max came to install the new air conditioner and furnace. It was a hot day and they were professional and efficient. Justin answered all of my questions and he showed me how to work the new thermostat. Thank you Robin Aire.

  My experience with Robin Aire from purchase through maintenance was poor. When I purchased the new HVAC system I received quotes from other companies. Robin Aire was the highest. When I discussed this with the sales rep he told me it was eligible for a credit from the government when I did my taxes. It was not. Furthermore, I was not told I was also purchasing a maintenance program which I did not ask for. When they come to do the maintenance and find something that needs to be done, it is an additional charge. What exactly does. the maintenance plan cover? The final straw happened recently when the employee came over (which, of course incurred an additional charge) but then the employee stole my HVAC filters!! The reason I say this is I had purchased a pack of 2 filters (which aren't cheap). I had just changed one 2-3 months prior (was told by a maintenance person at another company the filters should last year and that the filters can be washed with a hose and reused). He put in the new filter I had purchased and took not only the fairly new one he took out but also another used one I had nearby. I would have assumed he took them to throw them out, however, he left all of the wrapping the filter came in. Wouldn't you take that also if you were throwing it out?? Finally, they now charge a fee for using a credit card. Corporate greed at its finest.

  Overall had a great experience!! Everyone I have dealt with from this company has been amazing. The pricing was very reasonable in my opinion especially seeing how much work they really put into it! Justin and Max installed our Central AC. They did an amazing job and left no mess behind. We have an older home so it’s you run into alot of hiccups whenever we do anything to our home but Justin was very knowledgeable and found solutions quickly. You can tell they both have a passion for what they do and are both good at it and very respectful of our home. They swept when they left and had coverings on our hardwood when working around it. 10/10 would recommend
