  I had Brent out with a 6 week training package for my puppy. He was very patient with her and me, during our training sessions. Bella learned she'd get a reward (a treat) when responding correctly to her commands. Bella is not the most confident dog and Brent recognized that & went at her pace. He never pushed her to do more. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. If Bella ever needs additional training, I will definitely have Brent back! Thank you!

  The sales rep (Darcy) that met with me about my options for an invisible fence was great! She was very knowledgeable about the options for the different devices and service plans that are available to me. And she was soooo friendly! She let me brag about my pups (whippets) during our conversation. Dog lovers love to talk about their dogs. Lol! 😊 My Invisible Fence will be installed next week! I am really looking forward to the peace of mind I will have knowing my pups will be safe and secure in my backyard. Thanks, Darcy!

  Tyler from the wixom office came out to help resolve our fence issue. Our dog collars were going off earlier than the fence wire placement. Found out our neighbors use dogwatch underground fence and causing an interference with our fence. Tyler was patient, informative, and showed concern for our issues. Highly recommend him.

  Bought a house with an existing Invisible Fence. We have 3 dogs -- 2 English Springer Spaniels and 1 Great Dane. Did a lot of research on best way to keep them within the property boundaries. It is a large lot, but neighbors on both sides have dogs, so need to keep mine within the property. Decided to go with IF and am glad I did. The contact person for me was Darcy, and she was terrific -- walked me through what the process would be, etc. Always available to answer questions. I give her an A+++++++ rating! 1st visit to start dog training was by Brent, who was likewise outstanding -- VERY personable, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, clearly LOVES dogs! Spent about 1.5 hours working with the dogs . . . and training me on how to start getting the dogs acclimated to the system. I give him an A+++++++ rating! Today, it was Gabe to do the second training session and actually activate the IF. He did not disappoint either. Like Brent, VERY personable, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, clearly LOVES dogs too! He was here for 1.5 hours working with the dogs and me. I likewise give him an A+++++++ rating! When I signed up for IF I thought I would be dealing with a large, impersonal monolith. It was exactly the opposite. All three people I dealt with took time with me and the dogs; they were kind, helpful, and THEY CARED! They were as or more concerned than I was that the dogs would acclimate to the IF without fear, anxiety, or pain. I give a big thumbs up to IF and particularly to Darcy, Brent and Gabe! Thank you all!
