  My A/C went out during some hot weather. Family Heating & Cooling sent out Kyle. He did a great job getting me up running quickly even though I have a unique model. Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable and very good at describing what he was working on and how he was going to fix it. He made sure the system was fully working and tested the input and output temps. Price was very fair. Highly recommend Family Heating, and Kyle.

  Our air went out and we called first thing when they opened. They were able to fix our air conditioner by 10:30 AM the same day. Alex was very knowledgeable and fixed the unit within 15 minutes. The cost of the service was very affordable. The response time and service were both excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

  These guys are better than great:) I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time, but they were able to come out earlier than my scheduled appointment. Alex, the technician diagnosed the problem with our weak air-conditioning within 10 minutes. And then solve the problem within another 15 minutes.. They have helped us at our household for the past five years, and absolutely never disappoint. I Highly recommend family heating and cooling. ...... And yes.... They treat you like family, at least the part of your family that likes you:) Chuck and KELLY Connolly

  Kyle recently came out to my home to perform generator maintenance and I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of his service. He was professional, explained everything he was doing, and gave me a great education on generator maintenance and HVAC maintenance. Kyle has been to my house before for generator service and his service and ability to answer all my questions is uncanny. He’s a great representative for Family Heating, Cooling, and Electrical.

  Family did some great work for my parents on a furnace and AC installation, so I decided to go with them for new electrical service, a new furnace, AC, and a water heater. Unfortunately, the week of the install was during the heatwave. Barric and Nate did the electrical. What a great job! They worked through the heat (especially Nate who was outside), and had us up and running and getting cool again. James and Evan put in the furnace, AC, water heater, and a new chimney liner. That was a two day job, but they made sure we had cooling on that first night. Everything works great and much better than before. They guys were all polite and answered any questions. They really work! It was constant movement. Family also does a nice job checking on their installers to make sure they are safe, have what they need, and that the job is going well. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Very happy with their work.
