  We ordered a carport for two of our trucks. The communication, ordering, and installation was amazing and we love our carport!

  Have to give 5 stars cause I Love my new Garage! The color scheme is outstanding! But communication was very poor! I was waiting for a call 24 to 48 hrs. after down payment was recieved to confirm order and set a date for schedule. After a couple weeks I heard nothing so I called. They tried telling me they already talked to me. They had me on a recorded line confirming order. Nobody had called me up to this point. I did not get a email a week before to confirm appointment with a total I owed! Then the sales guy takes my order. I did not realize I was not getting garage doors. Just framed in! Why would I order a garage without doors? I did not know this till crew was packing up to leave. The building crew did good! They worked hard they put in some long days. Within 22 hrs. Garage was up! The crew leader did not give me his name so I can' not give him credit. But he also helped with giving this company 5 stars. Neighbors and Friends are amazed with my new garage. So yes I will advertise for Prime Steel Stuctures! I do wish they would of put a little sign in my front yard for advertisement

  There were a few hiccups at first but Prime worked hard to make it right. Rodrigo and his crew were great. They were friendly and made sure I was getting what I expected. The crew worked roughly 12 hours straight both days even in the rain. Santiago, Lucy and Miranda were also a huge help when I needed anything from the main office.
