  Came in a timely manner to discuss, measure and provide an estimate. Showed up to begin work on day I was told. Bryan and Billy worked for a week and constructed a beautiful deck/porch!!! Nothing was slapped up to get the job done as quickly as possible. They paid attention to detail and made it look perfect. I have no complaints at all. If you want a quality deck don't hesitate to use this company. Price was very fair in my opinion. U might be able to get someone to do it a little cheaper but it won't be done with the same workmanship and quality material. So satisfied with job I will be using them to vinyl side my cottage in the near future. Thanks again to entire team and special shoutout to Bryan and Billy on a fabulous build!!

  Hired to construct deck in November. Signed contract and paid deposit on Nov 4th with a guarantee from the owner it would be complete before winter. Construction didn't start until Jan 12th. Never received a call, e-mail, or text to inform of delays. I only got answers after I contacted them. Even though I was told the permits were pulled, construction was halted on day 2 because they did not in fact have required permits. Total job took a month to complete because of weather and scheduling delays. Many repairs had to be made due to poor workmanship, and end quality was still not up to the standard for the money spent. When the weather got warmer, more defects emerged. Boards lifted, improperly installed fasteners started to pull up, and the improper expansion gaps allowed the boards to push boards out. When contacted about repairs, it took over a month to get them to come out and fix. When the sub-contractor completed the repairs he said he was responsible for, he said he would contact Best Value about remining repairs. I still haven't heard from anyone yet and there are still problems stated in inspection with project manager. At this point I will probably just finish repairs myself, as I'm tired of dealing with such an unprofessional company. I would never recommend this company for any deck projects. I always try to use the smaller, family owned, company and this time it was a mistake.

  Tim was awesome to work with from selecting the right type of vinyl siding to colors. His suggestions were perfect. The crew who put the siding, soffits, window trims etc were very good. They did a great job and completely changed the looks of our 1890's built home. We highly recommend them.
