  Greg Barnett did not have to spend hours with me to sell me a roof, he knows his products, honest about instalation. Old fashion business practices that are hard to find these days. Family owned is where you get good business and cost corporate cost.

  There's a lot to like about Barnett — the roofing work they did for us was solid and we were overall pleased with the results. We found them through referrals from multiple family members who had worked with them several times without issue, so we came in with high hopes and real excitement. We feel that enthusiasm, unfortunately, wasn't returned. Communication was a challenge during the roofing job, and we gave them the benefit of the doubt. But after welcoming them to our home for a second job and being promised a quote within a week or two, we've been met with complete silence — and it has now been a couple of months. We're not sure why we were less of a priority, but a business shouldn't make its customers feel like they have to beg to spend their money. We're genuinely disappointed, because we wanted this to work. Hopefully others have a better experience with their follow-through and communication as a whole.

  I would highly recommend Barnett Roofing. They are reputable, let you know exactly what to expect, no surprises, sell great quality product and service and are fair in their pricing.
