  Gary and his crew are great to work with. Calls and text were answered promptly. Brandon and Andre did a fantastic job from start to finish on my entire house. Three bedrooms including closets, hallway, living room and kitchen. No issues with dust. They more than met my expectation. They were there on time everyday. They were careful moving furniture, the walls were not touched. My floors are 63 years old. They turned out beautiful. I love the color.

  We had are floors refinished while on vacation and came back to beautiful brand new looking wood floors. We couldn’t be happier with them. All work was done in a timely professional manner and we highly reccomemd Finishing Touch Hardwood flooring.

  Gary and his crew, Jacob, Joe, & Andre did an outstanding job. This is the third time we have added hardwood floors to our home and each time the workmanship and service along with their attention to detail has been the best. We highly recomend Finishing Touch! Dan & Joanne

  First and foremost, Gary and his team (Jacob and crew) are without a doubt extremely skilled craftsmen. The overall level of quality that stands out with our finished floors is very hard to come by these days. They are extremely skilled! From the initial quote to the finished product, Gary was honest, fair, and customer focused. On day one I had an initial concern with some cleanliness in areas of our home not being worked on. Gary immediately took accountability and drove customer satisfaction from there. That alone, is why I will come back to Finishing Touch for all my flooring needs and why I will recommend them to anyone. Seeing our finished floors for the first time solidified why we chose Gary and his team. We are still in awe everyday we look at them!
