  I worked with this company for several years and had good service but things have gotten terrible! Waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes to schedule service. They just can't handle the business they have... find a smaller company who has personalized service.

  It was quite apparent to me immediately that Julio is quite knowledgeable about HVAC maintenance and repair. He recommended the proper filters to use and let me know about a couple of things that I should do to help improve the performance of my furnace. Looking at his reviews I understand why Flame customers prefer to have Julio be the tech who returns to their home.

  Eric was personable and happy to answer my questions apart from a regular city inspection. The more important question you should ask, is how did you like the serviceman, instead of the price I paid. People are the most important.

  Brandon has exceptional customer service skills as he explained what he was doing and how the boiler works. Although, he had to shut off our boiler for our family’s safety, he scheduled for a salesperson to immediately come out in two hours for us to get a new one. It’s always a pleasure when Brandon comes to service our boiler and central air units.

  Incredible service from Tara! She came in to do the special for furnace, hot water tank, and humidifier but found problems other companies had missed: (1)corrosion problem & water drip in the housing-she corrected;(2)drain pipes pitched wrong-she rebuilt & corrected;(3)AC trap full of debris-she flushed & cleaned. And she did so much More! Tara caught these problems before they could turn into costly disasters! She is honest, thorough, highly skilled, very knowledgeable, kind, and professional! There is no question - she is among the best in the field, and truly represents your company Exceptionally well!
