  My technician Julio is very knowledgeable and shared very helpful advice about maintaining my HVAC. He replaced my A/C capacitor and explained why it needed replacement. Saved me money by doing it during the A/C inspection as opposed to doing it later. He showed me the lint by my unit and recommended I clean the dryer exhaust duct. He was right, it had allot of lint in it. I’ll give Flame Furnace and Julio a 5 star rating.

  Zach came in and did an awesome job. On time. Reasonably priced. Honest about the work that was needed. I had a hot water tank replacement, galvanized to copper pipe replacement, refrigerator line replacement, valve upgrades, and he capped off an old sewer pipe that I didn’t know was left exposed. They also filled in a huge hole in the wall from the last hot water tank installation before I moved in here. Great work, will use Flame again for sure.

  Brad came to my house today to find and repair a leak in my AC. He showed up on time and was efficient. He explained eveything to me so that I would understand it. While he was explaining it, my dog decided he needed attention as well. So Brad sat on the floor and pet my dog while talking to me. Unfortunately I need a new unit but I will be going thru Flame for that!! Thanks for everything.

  Andy did a phenomenal job addressing an issue we had with our boiler system relay box. He quickly diagnosed the issue and proceeded to pickup a new relay box from Flame. When he arrived back at the house it became apparent that the box manufacturer increased the size of the box chassis and did not change the model/part number. The potential was to have to redo the electrical system feeding the boiler resulting in time delay and additional cost. Andy was innovative and removed the new circuit board and transformer from the larger chassis and repackaged it into the smaller chassis saving us time and money. This included drilling out rivets holding the transformer and making sure it was properly remounted. His patience, and willingness to think out of the box was much appreciated by his customer (in this case my 90-yo mother). We’ve had Andy service our boiler previously and highly recommend him.

  Contacted Flame after talking to neighbor and reading reviews. Experience with Todd initial sales quote was better than two other company visits and quotes. Todd is very knowledgeable professional friendly and answered all questions . His quoted price was lower than the others and a better AC model. Installation by Anthony and Todd just a few days later was the same : timely, professional, friendly , efficient. With 75 year track record , best to go with these guys if the price is right. My model 10 year warranty including parts and labor. They also fixed previous banging duct work . 5 stars
