    On Monday, Josh and his team from Flame successfully installed a new furnace, including both interior and exterior units, at our residence. Their professionalism and respect for our property were exemplary, and they completed the installation with remarkable efficiency. Josh dedicated significant time to thoroughly explain the system, ensuring all our inquiries were addressed and our requirements met. We received exceptional service and would readily recommend this company to our network.

    Brandon was very professional. He communicated clearly with me the time he was to arrive. He arrived promptly as scheduled. Brandon went to look at my A/C unit due to it not cooling. He spent no longer than 10 minutes. I felt the cool air coming thru the vents. He explained the issue and how he resolved it. He gave me options and was thorough with his explanation. Moving forward, a new unit may need to be installed and he offered to send out someone to come out to give me a quote. I highly recommend going with Flame, based on my experience with Brandon. Thank you!

    I called Flame when my heater failed in March. They charged an emergency fee to come out (that’s fine, I agreed to it because I wanted heat). They couldn’t fix the heater because they didn’t have the part. I still got charged that fee even though they couldn’t correct the problem. I was texted and asked to leave a 5 star review after that visit. They came back the next day with the part. It was installed improperly which lead to the AC running while the heat was turned on and other odd problems. After that installation I was again texted and asked to leave a 5 star review after that visit. It took me a month to realize they had incorrectly wired the part they installed (I’m not an HVAC savvy person). I had them come out to look at it. They told me I might be charged for that visit unless the tech concluded that it was their fault. That tech re-wired it a said it was their fault. I was again texted and asked to leave a 5 star review after that visit. I asked for money back for my DTE bill because it was substantially higher as a result of the incorrect work they did. They asked for my bills and I provided them promptly. They took over a week to get back to me and told me they would not compensate for the higher bill. They also did not give me any money back for the $1200 bill on the improper installation. I find them to have very questionable integrity and poor workmanship. I will never use them again and urge everyone to look elsewhere. Brad was the only person I dealt with that was knowledgeable and helpful. I hope he finds a job with a better company where he is valued and respected for how good he is and his job. Also, if you go to their website they have a page where you can read their reviews. Oddly, they are all 5star reviews and there is no way for a consumer to leave an honest opinion of them. They lack integrity and credibility all over!

    This company does not take responsibility for their mistakes—which were significant in this case. We hired them in April when our heat stopped working. They determined we needed a new control board. The employee who installed it wired it improperly, causing our AC to kick on when the circulating fan came on. We had Flame come out again to correct the issue. There’s an extra day of being inconvenienced. Plus, we had very high energy bill due to the faulty wiring. When I inquired about compensation for the high bill, Flame denied it without explanation. Inexperienced crew and irresponsible upper management. After this experience, it’s my recommendation to pass on this company.

    Nicholas came and provided the initial estimate. He was very professional in his presentation. He understood right away what needed to be done. Bill and his associate completed the actual replacement installation. Bill was very professional. He got the job done in a timely fashion and cleaned up afterwards. He was respectful and pleasant. His 30 years plus of experience was evident and we appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Bill’s associate was just as respectful and efficient. I would certainly recommend Flame to anyone in need of such service.
