  Kyle, the service technician that came out yesterday to assess the problem of my condensation line under my mobile home. I give five star the service department and the warranty department one star. My condensation line under my house The reason I called them condensation line wasn't dripping. It was leaking under my house held together by duct tape leaking and they're not going to fix it without charging me they put in a new furnace, new air conditioner and duct taped condensation line. IDon't recommend flame furnace to install anything?.

  Had a great experience with Mo Klang who did my Generac Genset PM. His attention to details and work ethics are top-notch. he made sure that he eyeballed everything and nothing was missed. Since the same company did the PM of my central AC last month and the condensate pump suddenly was making concerning sounds as if it was about to go soon after the previous tech left, he also looked into it. He found that it was full of biofilm and debris. He cleaned it and tested and re-tested it again making sure that that sub-unit is operating as intended and he did! The concerning sound was gone and now it's sounds as if it wasnt even in the system! Mo did that great job of making me feel comfortable again with FLAME and will definitely be signing up again for my next equipment maintenance. Thanks Mo!

  Great experience with FLAME (yet again) for our recent electrical inspection. Scott Byzewski was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly—especially with our kids and pets, which was greatly appreciated. He was thorough, easy to work with, and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend Scott and the FLAME team!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience! I had an excellent experience with FLAME Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical for the installation of my new AC unit. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire process was seamless. The team was punctual, proficient, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they made the entire experience stress-free, which meant a lot to me. Communication was great, everything was explained clearly, and the installation was handled efficiently. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and my new AC unit. I would definitely use FLAME again and highly recommend them! Professional service from start to finish—5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The Electricion Steve was excellent! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything very well. He gets a 5+. My problem was with the office personnel. My first appointment was Tuesday with a 4 hour window. I sat around for 4 plus hours and finally called. I was told oh yes that person called in and he won’t be coming. We can reschedule for Thursday. They knew he wouldn’t be in and wasn’t coming but instead of calling me just let me waste 4 hours waiting. The least I expected was an apology and a definite reduction in the show up fee today. Nothing. This is terrible customer service. I understand this is no longer a family run business and it shows.
