  I'm a bit disappointed with this Company, Had them come out and quote a New Furnace and Central Air system. The guy they sent was not very informative but I got the quote and moved on to two other companies. All were only a few hundred dollars apart. I went with Ciamillo because of reference I received from a co worker who had delt with them. The 2 men they sent to do the Insall were great. Talked me through what they were doing and how long it should take. The system works well and they were finished in less time than expected. Now comes the not so great part. I called about the the rebate from Consumers for upgrading and they told me I was not eligible because the system that was installed was not an upgrade it was only an 80% not 94. So basically new but not better. Now I have never gotten a New Furnace before, I'm a first time home buyer. And I told the quote guy that. But apparently he just gave me what ever and I was non the wiser. So Do your research before you just go with anyone. Looking over the other 2 quotes they were actually 94% furnaces and this company was the middle bid . Shame on Me for not knowing more.

  I've had Ciamillo come out to work on repairs for my furnace and upkeep on my AC unit and have had a great time with them. Eventually the AC unit required replacing to to age and wear and they made the whole process easy and straightforward. When I stared looking into hard start kits for the new AC unit they were able to give me a breakdown of the benefits of either hard start or soft start kits so I was able to make a informed decision on them.

  Ciamillo’s replaced my central air. Workers did a great job and were very professional. Would recommend them to do the job wether it be central air or a new furnace.

  The nen were professional and knowledgeable. Any question I may have had, they were polite and clear in the answer. It was very hit that day but they kept working until everything was done. Did a good clean up. I truly appreciate Ciamollo coming to our rescue during very hot days! Thank you!!
