  I had an extremely positive experience with Urban Floors! After previously hiring a different handyman service to lay vinyl plank floors, I was beyond frustrated and panicked because I was trying to get them done before my 90 year old mom was released from the hospital with a walker. After 6 days, another company had only completed 25% of about 700 SF of flooring and they were nailing the LVP floor down to the subfloor and ruining the interlocking edges with a rubber mallet. I had to part ways and find a new company with a higher sense of urgency to get the project done. It was a very stressful time for me with her looming return home, and the unfinished project with 40 year old carpet/padding still to be pulled up, transition to the subfloor, and new vinyl floor mixed in to this small condo. These 2 Urban Floors guys showed up - brothers Mike & AJ - who were professional, polite and respectful, on time, and worked so fast. They completed the entire job, including tearing up/redoing a large portion of the previous guy's sloppy work, leveled parts of the subfloor, and did it in 2 days, including installing all of the quarter round. I was so pleased with the professionalism, the promptness, and their friendliness. I found Mark the owner to be very responsive and empathetic to my panic, and pricing to be very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. The floors look wonderful. As a realtor in Cincy, I wish I had guys like this to refer to my clients. Thank you! :)

  Mark and crew did such a great job with our floors. All done in one day, they work fast and professional and the result is a floor I absolutely love. Price undercut the competition by 1/2, too. Can’t recommend more.

  Great customer service! Found me the last remaining boxes of discontinued flooring at the manufacturing facility to replace some flooring after I had some water damage!

  Urban Floors is fantastic, from Marc the owner to Mike the hardwood installer. I shouldn't call Mike the installer, he's a Pro, down to the last nail. He cleaned up every day when he finished, never leaving a mess. Mike fitted each board as if it was his own house. I would highly recommend Urban Floors for your project.

  We had an excellent experience with Urban floors. What a great selection they had in the showroom and the staff was highly knowledgeable of their products and gave us great recommendations on what we were looking for. The installers were clean, organized, and had answered to all of our questions. My house now has a great, up to date look thanks to the entire staff!
