- CSCynthia ShipleyJul 20, 20265.0I wish could give 10 stars! I have been filling my 5 gal water jugs at Kroger and Walmart (if the machines are in service and available) for years until last Monday. My son had recommended Douglas to me and I'm so happy he did. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and patient, and explained the difference between the water types to choose from. The cost was the same as I had been paying elsewhere and the customer service was an A+++. Other businesses could take a lesson from you! Thank you!!
