The carpet looks amazing, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. We especially appreciated the great communication throughout the project and their willingness to work around our schedule. We have been in contact with then for 2 months and nothing happens!! They keep saying that it is manufacturing responsibility, and they reached out to them! They do not take the responsibility to resolve the problem!!! And of course during this 2 months, I was the person asking for updates, as they never reached out to me if I dont send thousands of emails!!! Very stressful
