I will definitely be asking for Carl to come back in the fall to replace our furnace because of the service he provided for me today.

The exterior unit had to be moved several feet, further complicating the job. They worked steadily all day, keeping me informed, answering my questions, and taking a few minutes to make friends with my dog. Two thumbs up.

They're reliable, responsive, always give a courtesy call, and clean up well after the job is done. Monica is great to work with and Mike did a fantastic job with the laundry hookup. - MRMichael RileyApr 27, 20261.0I scheduled a free spring inspection after they repaired my heating in winter. I had no issues, just took them up on their free inspection. The plumber came, drained my water heater, inspected my sinks, and said everything was fine. The first time I used my kitchen sink afterward, it sprayed water everywhere — a problem I'd never had before. When I called to report it, they blamed wear and tear and demanded seven hundred fifty dollars to fix it. Here's the contradiction: if wear and tear caused the damage, why did the plumber miss it during his inspection and declare everything working? They either caused the problem or failed to catch it, yet they refuse responsibility and expect me to pay. I fixed it myself out of pocket. Don't trust their inspections or their excuses — they'll damage your home and charge you to fix it.
