Both technicians were professional, courteous, and cleaned up everything once they were finished. Communication throughout the job was great. I recieved text notifications once it was scheduled and when I recieved the text that the tech was on the way, it included his name and a photo. Top notch company and technicians!

Russell arrived on time, having shared his photo and planned arrival time by text and email. He was a consummate professional, set about to evaluate a light fixture which had seemed to spark when changing a bulb recently, and was identified as an issue on a home inspection for sale. He did not find anything wrong with fixture, replaced light bulb, and as a precaution, prepared an estimate to replace the fixture, which the buyer did not see as necessary. I am sorry I am moving to a rental facility and won't have the need for hiring any repair services as I would have liked to have used this company!

Andrew called to let me know he was on his way. He was very kind and polite. Happens he knows our neighbors. Was very efficient, and explained what was wrong, and made suggestions based off his experience. Unfortunately it was 4th Of July weekend, no one is opened, so we have to wait til Monday to move forward. He was great with his service.

Our air conditioning was not working, so we called them out to help figure out the problem. When we scheduled, they shared there would be a $100 service charge and any additional work would by be approved by us prior to moving forward.
Despite the thermostat screen still functioning normally, they said the issue was that the batteries were low. The tech popped in 2 of OUR OWN AA batteries and then turned around charged us $80 (in addition to the standard $100 service charge). When we tried to dispute this, they said that "$180 is the cheapest a service call can be." They agreed that the tech should have clarified that the battery installation would be an additional charge prior to "completing the service."
The manager I spoke to refused to refund the charge and when I asked if I could speak to his boss, he said his boss is the owner "but he isn't really involved anymore."
We will not be using their services again.

The initial issue appeared to be the copper water supply line leaking below where it came up through the concrete with the water wicking up along the pipe.
Jason came out, analyzed the problem as a loose packing in the shutoff that had a single drip as we were looking at it. Jason tightened the packing and felt confident that the problem was solved.
In any event he did prepare an estimate in case tightening the packing didn't solve the ptoblem. I felt the estimate was a very fair price.
As it turns out tightening the packing did solve the problem.
