  Highly recommend this company. Jim gave me a free quote and explained everything thoroughly without pushing for the sale. I could tell he was highly knowledgeable when it came to roofing. Their quote was the lowest I had received so far. The crew came out two days later and got the job done same day. Overall the process was smooth, quick and very straightforward.

  I don't trust just anybody to work on my house. They already came recommended from family members and did not disappoint. Great crew, good quality of installation. Responsive management.

  Good honest roofing company that stands by their work. No 3 hour long sales pitch, affordable, didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Transferable warrenty. Came out got the job done very quickly, and did a fantastic clean up. I would use this company again!

  If I could give Richards and Swift Roofing more stars, I would.  After trying unsuccessfully with several other roofers (who either didn't call back, wouldn't show up to work, lied to us, wasted our time, made things worse, or all of the above), I finally found Richards and Swift Roofing and talked with Alex about our house in Royal Oak.  Even though it wasn't a whole new roofing job, he was immediately working to fix the problem, even calling our insurance adjuster to help us.  Alex not only returned calls right away and answered all my questions, but also promptly got his crew out to our house to fix our roof.  They were quick, thorough, and professional and didn't charge a penny more than the original quote (even though there were a couple of extra unexpected details needed).  Working with Alex at R&S was exactly what we needed, and I wish I had known about them earlier, as it would have saved us a TON of grief.  Thanks, Alex!

  I had an excellent experience with Richards and Swift Roofing.. from start to finish. The initial appointment was quick and professional, Jim inspected the roof, explained what needed to be done, and provided a clear quote promptly. The price was significantly lower than other contractors I spoke with without cutting corners on materials or scope. Communication was outstanding the entire time: fast responses, clear scheduling, and proactive updates leading up to the job. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care (protecting [landscaping/driveway/windows] and keeping everything organized). They completed a full roof replacement in by mid-afternoon, and the cleanup was impressive—no debris left behind and they thoroughly swept for nails. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I feel confident in the workmanship and warranty. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. -Resident in Ypsi.
