  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will Barduca did an outstanding job on my kitchen and bathroom remodel! From start to finish, he was professional, reliable, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of the work from his crew exceeded my expectations, and everything turned out beautiful.   Let me start out by saying I’ve been electrician more than 30 years doing industrial commercial and residential work. An elderly couple called me out for a service call on Centennial Lane in the Ann Arbor area. I wired their swim spa and their sunroom last year. . This is one of the worst electrical remodels I’ve ever seen. No tamper resistant receptacles, only one GFI in the kitchen that doesn’t protect anything but itself. Best part is there is a receptacle next to the stove that when you plug a small appliance into it, it turns on,the Island lights. What the fudge. The new circuits they ran to the panel, They did not use a connector, They just popped a hole in the top of the panel and put the the wires in through there. Then there are two switches, one controls, the recessed lights newly installed, and the other controls the Island light. Both switches are four-way switches used as single pole switches. Why? Inside that two gang box, there are two 3 wires, wired to each switch individually, doesn’t make sense. Those wires do not come out at any other location in the kitchen, so they must’ve junction something incorrectly in the attic or in a ceiling box. No permits pulled, of course. If you’re gonna use this company for remodel, please make sure to hire a licensed electrician because this company doesn’t know anything about electrical and has no business offering that service. I would give negative stars if I could!
