- KBKelly Busch5 days ago5.0We had Pure Water Works install a new water softener and RO system when we remodeled our home. Sean came out to the house after we moved back in to walk us through the system and maintenance. While he was there he noticed something he didn't like about the installation. He explained his concerns and promised to arrange for someone to come back out and correct the issue. An appointment with John was arranged within a few days and he promptly and professionally corrected the issue, explained what he had done and apologized for any inconvenience (there hadn't been any). We've been very pleased with the performance of our system and all of our interactions with the various members of the Pure Water Works team.

I called four different companies and they were the only ones they responded promptly, came out and gave me a quote right away. Sean came out and did the water test and explained what I needed to do to solve my problems which were heavy Iron and tannin. Zack, the installer was excellent. He took the time to explain every step of what he was doing and explained how the equipment operated. He did a neat and thorough job and was pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

I never knew I should have such a call until you send me a card saying I should have one last spring. My softener was installed in 2014. John found some concerning things going on, but was able to correct them. He explained what I should be doing between now and November when I leave my home for the winter. He was highly professional and respectful. I am so glad I was able to have this service call and learn how to take care of this equipment.
