- GWGregg Werner1 day ago5.0John was very easy to work with no high pressure to purchase unnecessary parts. He was friendly and performed the necessary repair fast and efficiently
- EHEmmy Holman6 days ago5.0John was timely, friendly, and polite. He recommended not to fill the water softener full of salt to prevent future problems—keep maybe halfway, let it run down, and refill halfway. This is the first time I’ve heard this. He also recommended a cheaper option long term for an accessory RO unit. 5 star for sure!
- GSGregg SmithSep 25, 20265.0Over a long history of using Pure Water Works products and service our family has been satisfied. Long time service technician and installer, Adam X, is our favored go to tech. He's honest, forthcoming, and very knowledgeable about products and service issues. Moreover, he communicates when he says he will! What's not to like about that...?
- STStan ThompsonSep 24, 20265.0David , your installation specialist arrived in a timely fashon and went right to work putting our new softener in place. He was very personable and very efficient, completing the installation and clean up by 12: 45 pm. Everything works properly and we are very pleased with the entire process. We are very happy to be your new customers and are looking forward to working with Pure Water Works in the future. Thanks again for an exceptional install!
- THTrudy HauslerSep 24, 20265.0Had a problem with our softener and called and set up appointment with them . Told them what we thought was the problem so when they arrived, they brought the part with them and the best part, it was under warranty!
