  Want to thank the entire team at Groundworks of Traverse City. Our inspection was conducted by Adam Langlois, he was very patient and worked tirelessly to get our project moved up in the schedule from a potential March/April 2027 to October 2026. But the biggest thanks and appreciation goes to the crew, Matt E, project manager, Levi A and Bryce K were absolutely incredible. Our cabin had more issues after they started. Matt worked with the Groundworks engineers back at headquarters to find the best solution to ensure we wouldn't have flooding issues in the future. Levi and Bryce are some of the hardest working individuals we got to witness doing their job. You can tell when a crew have worked together and know what each other is thinking. We can not praise the guys enough, for their communication with us and headquarters, their professionalism, and cleanliness. A big thanks to Matt and Levi for their understanding and explanation of all of our questions. If you get this crew, buy them lunch, you will be extremely happy with the outcome of your project with them doing the work.

  Ground work, came out yesterday to look at my foundation on house, Christopher Philbrick, was very informative and help me understand everything going on. I would recommend giving them a call and having Christopher Philbrick come out.

  Groundworks recently installed "Helical Piers" on our home, to stabilize a settling foundation. Alex answered all my questions & explained the procedure very well. The entire crew did a great job! The process was a minimally invasive, fast solution to a common issue. Would recommend Groundworks & this method of correction to others, who have homes with foundation settling issues. Thanks, again, to Alex & crew for a job well done!

  Hunter K., Cody K., Brandon W. should be given a raise for their outstanding job: Hard work - what a huge undertaking! Efficiency - they were so quiet, respectful, neat and tidy Patience - they had to wait hours to get the space verified re: asbestos Professionalism - Throughout the project, everything they said they would do, that's just what they did! Reggie and I now live in a healthy environment! Thank You!!

  If anyone is looking for a great company for foundation work, call groundworks. They are great. Starting with Dylan who did the inspection, he will put you at ease and answer all questions. The crew Matt and his team were wonderful. They were respectful of our home and property. Our basement looks great! They make all the phone calls to utility companies to mark lines to inspections. Don't look any place else. Call groundworks, you won't be sorry!
