  Exceptional company. Our water went out on Saturday night. Our call to Berg was answered at 9:30 pm. They sent a crew member on Sunday who diagnosed the problem and replaced our well pump in a matter of hours. JD drove almost 2 hrs to get here, had all the equipment and parts on board, was super professional- even took his boots off each time he came into the house - and got the job done. We are SO grateful. Highly recommend Berg Well Drilling!

  Called and they refused to schedule a service call. Said they would call me when they were ready to schedule (What???). They gave no reason. Person on the phone was curt and unfriendly. Of course, they never called. Weeks later, I submitted a request for service through their website. Again, no response. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced - and they installed my equipment! Wish I could give zero stars.

  I highly recommend Berg’s Well Drilling Company! They are truly my rescuers! I have been dealing with water issues for what seems like forever, and they took the time to come out and FIX IT! I want to specifically recognize both of the workers who came out to my house, Stuart and Willy (I apologize if I have the wrong name!). They were both very respectful, kind, and clearly knew what they were doing. I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to come out and fix these issues. They came in, introduced themselves, and got straight to work. When they were finished, they took the time to talk with me, explain what was going on, and let me know what I needed to do for the time being. And I have to give a little extra shoutout to Stuart, he took the time and let my dogs introduce themselves to him after they were in the house all day! That small interaction means so much to me and just goes to add to the kindness I experienced all around! Thank you so much for getting my water working again! After dealing with these issues for quite a while, I truly cannot express how grateful I am that Berg’s Well Drilling came out and got the problem fixed. It is such a huge relief to finally have water again! Thank you, Stuart and Willy, for all your hard work! ❤️

  I came home to find out we had no water, while all of our neighbors did. We had no idea what was going on or where to start, so I called Berg Well Drilling. Jeremy answered the phone right away and was incredibly helpful. He let me know he had a few crews already out on the road, but would work on getting someone to us as soon as possible and would call me back with a time. Within an hour they called back and said they were on their way. I was so impressed! JD and John arrived and were both so kind, knowledgeable and professional. They immediately gave us peace of mind and took the time to explain what they were seeing, what needed to be addressed first, and what they would know once they completed that repair. They were very thorough and honest throughout the entire process. They were able to fix the issue right away, and thankfully our pump did not need to be replaced. They had our water back on quickly, the rate was better than I expected, and the customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. I will definitely be keeping Berg Well Drilling's number handy and will recommend them to anyone. It is so nice to work with a company that is responsive, knowledgeable, honest and truly cares about taking care of their customers.

  The unbelievable response and service provided was way more than I expected. Had an emergency with my water system on the well side and , literally, did not expect the repair to be done for a day or two. Nope, I got put on the schedule immediately and by the time I arrived home from work, the system was up and running perfectly. The office scheduler and the techs did an amazing job that I am greatly appreciative of. What was another great surprise, if I didn’t see the new tank and pressure switch myself, I’d have never know they’d been in my house, they left nothing behind and if they made a mess they must have cleaned it up. All I needed to do was turn my water on and go on with the evening. They have an exceptional reputation for a very good reason and I can certainly attest to that. Great job guys and a very heartfelt thank you.👍😎
